Overview
The Jabsco 31911-0000 is a flush-mount quick-release deck fitting and hose adapter for washdown or garden-style hose connections on board. It uses a 1/2 in NPT female inlet on the boat side and a 3/4 in GHT male hose adapter at the hose connection, so it fits the common thread sizes used in many washdown layouts.
The fitting mounts flush into a cockpit panel or bulkhead, leaving a clean outlet when the hose is disconnected. The visible hardware is 316 stainless steel, and the quick-release connection uses a positive-lock bayonet with double Viton O-ring seals, so the hose can be connected or removed without leaving a loose hose across the deck.
Key features
- 1/2 in NPT female inlet for the fixed plumbing connection
- 3/4 in GHT male hose adapter for HoseCoil and other garden-style washdown hoses
- Positive-lock bayonet connector with double Viton O-ring seals
- Connection can be made or released while the line is still under pressure
- Flush-mount 316 stainless fitting for cockpit or bulkhead installation
Installation and fit
This fitting suits boats that want a permanent washdown outlet without keeping the hose rigged all the time. Once installed, the hose can be clipped on when needed and stowed elsewhere when the deck needs to stay clear around the cockpit, side deck, or transom.
Fit comes down to thread standards and mounting location. The supply side needs a 1/2 in NPT connection, and the hose side uses standard 3/4 in GHT threads. It works well as part of a freshwater or raw-water washdown setup where the outlet is mounted in a solid cockpit face or bulkhead.
Use on board
It is a good match for boats that rinse anchors, cockpit soles, fish boxes, or muddy gear but do not want a hose left underfoot. On cruising boats and fishing boats alike, it gives you a dedicated washdown pickup point while keeping the connection tidy when the hose is off.

Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
