Overview

The Garmin BlueChart g3 Vision HD is an electronic chart for the Polynesia region (VPC019R) that loads on compatible Garmin chartplotters from a microSD/SD card.

Coverage includes the coasts of Tonga, Samoa, American Samoa, French Polynesia, Kiribati, and the Cook Islands, with additional detail for areas such as Nuku'alofa, Apia, Pago Pago, Tahiti, and Bora Bora.

This product is offered in BlueChart g3 and BlueChart g3 Vision formats. The Vision versions add extra chart views and imagery features, including depth range shading for up to 10 depth ranges and charts with up to 1-foot contours in many areas, when your chartplotter supports those layers.

• 010-C0866-00: BlueChart g3 Vision, SD Card. A preloaded microSD/SD card that installs by inserting it into a compatible chartplotter card slot.
• 010-D0513-00: BlueChart g3 Vision, Download. Chart data is downloaded and written to a compatible card using Garmin Express before it is used at the helm.
• 010-C0866-20: BlueChart g3, SD Card. A standard g3 chart package on a preloaded card for straightforward navigation and planning in the VPC019R coverage area.
• 010-D0598-00: BlueChart g3, Download. A downloadable g3 chart package that is written to a compatible card using Garmin Express.

Compatibility and fit

You will need a compatible Garmin chartplotter that supports BlueChart g3 or BlueChart g3 Vision and has a microSD/SD card slot. Feature availability depends on the chartplotter model and software, so some premium layers may not appear on every display even within the same chart region.

Auto Guidance is a planning tool and does not replace safe navigation, local knowledge, and maintaining a proper lookout.

Installation and setup

For SD Card variants, insert the microSD/SD card into the chartplotter and select the chart in the mapping settings. Keep the card in place while using the charts.

For Download variants, use Garmin Express to download the chart data to a compatible card, then insert that card into the chartplotter. Plan ahead for initial download time and storage needs before you leave the dock.

This chart is a good match for boats cruising between island groups, charter operations, and passagemakers who want detailed coverage around common entry points and anchorages across Tonga, Samoa, French Polynesia, and nearby waters. The Vision variants are especially useful when you rely on 3D views and photo layers to cross-check entrances and harbor approaches on supported Garmin displays.

Processing and dispatch

Delivery and tracking

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
