The main difference between the variants is the total kit length. The 50' option suits shorter rail runs or partial replacement work, while the 70' option gives more material for larger hulls or installations that need a longer continuous run.

• V11-3426BBK70-2: Length 70'. This length gives more coverage for boats with a longer perimeter or layouts where extra material helps keep the rail run continuous.
• V11-3426BBK50-2: Length 50'. This length fits smaller boats or installations where a shorter continuous coil is enough for the planned rub rail replacement.

Installation and fit

Before ordering, measure the existing rail path around the boat and allow for corners, trimming and any overlap needed at the ends. Matching the 1-7/8" x 1-3/8" profile to the boat’s original rail area is important, especially when covering previous fastener holes or following an existing hull-to-deck joint.

The flexible vinyl construction is useful for boat owners handling the job themselves, but the rail should still be worked carefully around curves so it sits flat and follows the boat’s line. The included insert finishes the face of the rail after the main extrusion is fastened in place.
