Variants

This flexible rub rail kit is offered in two length configurations. Both variants use a black rub rail with a black insert, so the main selection point is the amount of rail needed for the boat.

The 50 ft. kit is suited to shorter replacement runs or smaller boats within the supported size range, while the 70 ft. kit gives more material for longer perimeters or installations where extra length is needed for trimming and layout.

• V11-2423BBK50-2: Length 50'. This configuration gives a 50 ft. continuous coil for installations where a shorter rub rail run is needed.
• V11-2423BBK70-2: Length 70'. This configuration gives a 70 ft. continuous coil for longer hull perimeters or projects that need more material for fitting and trimming.

Installation and fit

Before ordering, measure the existing rub rail path around the boat and allow enough extra material for trimming, corners, and final alignment. The flexible vinyl construction helps the rail follow typical hull curves, but careful dry fitting still matters, especially around the bow and transom corners.

The black insert covers the fastener line once installed, giving the rail a cleaner finish and helping protect the hardware from direct exposure. This style works well for owners replacing a worn rail, repairing dock rash, or refreshing the hull edge during a refit.
