Overview
The Vimar ARKÉ Series is a 2P+E USA outlet rated 15 A at 127 V for flush-mounted installations that use the American and Saudi Arabian socket pattern. It uses screw terminals, takes one module in the ARKÉ system, and carries an IP20 rating for protected interior locations.
On board, this outlet suits boats with a 127 V AC circuit in dry interior spaces such as cabins, galleys, or enclosed helm areas. The body is halogen-free thermoplastic, it operates at 50 to 60 Hz, and the listed versions keep the same compact 22.3 x 49 x 37.1 mm device size.
Key features
- Single 2P+E USA-format outlet rated 15 A, 127 V, 50 to 60 Hz
- One-module device for flush-mounted installation
- Screw-terminal connection with snap mounting engagement
- IP20 rating for protected interior mounting locations
- Halogen-free thermoplastic body
- Available in grey matte, white matte, or metal matte lacquered finishes
Variants
This outlet is offered in three finish options within the same ARKÉ one-module format.
Across the listed variants, the electrical rating, screw-terminal connection, flush-mounted snap engagement, IP20 protection, and overall dimensions remain the same. The change is the visible finish and surface treatment.
- VM19245: Grey finish, similar to RAL 7015. This version has a matte untreated surface and a darker look for technical interiors or darker trim combinations.
- VM19245.B: White finish, similar to RAL 9016. This version has a matte untreated surface that blends into light cabin liners, white panels, and bright interior trim.
- VM19245.M: Metal finish, similar to RAL 9007 aluminium. This version has a matte lacquered surface and a more metallic appearance on visible interior panels.
Installation and fit
Use this outlet where the boat already has a 127 V AC branch circuit and a flush-mounted modular device layout. The one-module body matters when you are matching an existing ARKÉ installation or planning a compact switch and outlet panel.
The IP20 rating places it in dry, sheltered spaces rather than exposed cockpit faces, open deck locations, or any area that sees spray and washdowns. For marine refits, it is a better fit for enclosed accommodation and other protected interior zones.
Use on board
This range fits boats and yachts that use Vimar ARKÉ devices and need a USA-format receptacle in a coordinated finish. It also suits shore-power interiors and service spaces where 127 V distribution is already in place and the outlet needs to stay within a one-module layout.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
