Overview

The Garmin BlueChart g3 HD - HXCA600X is an electronic navigation chart that loads into compatible Garmin chartplotters to provide detailed coverage for Canada. It spans the North America East Coast from Nain, NL to Raritan Bay, NY and the West Coast from Glacier Bay, AK to Aberdeen, WA, and it includes complete U.S. and Canadian coverage of the Great Lakes.

Chart content combines Garmin and Navionics data and supports features like Auto Guidance route suggestions using your preferred depth and overhead clearance settings. Depth range shading can be set across up to 10 depth ranges, and up to 1 foot contours are available in areas where the underlying survey data supports that level of detail. NOAA raster cartography can also be added through the ActiveCaptain app for a paper-chart style view in NOAA-surveyed areas.

This chart set makes sense for boaters running a Garmin plotter in Canadian coastal waters and the Great Lakes who want a clearer view when planning routes and working along shallow edges, channels, and harbor approaches.

Variants

This chart is offered in two formats that use the same HXCA600X Canada coverage.

The difference is how you receive and load the charts: a pre-programmed microSD/SD card, or a download that is installed to a micro/SD card through Garmin Express. Only one chart can be installed per micro/SD card.

• 010-C1019-20: Format microSD/SD. The chart is preloaded on a card for use in a compatible Garmin device with a microSD/SD slot.
• 010-D0345-00: Format Download. The chart is installed to a micro/SD card using Garmin Express for use in a registered compatible Garmin chartplotter.

Compatibility and fit

This product is intended for Garmin marine devices that support BlueChart g3 cartography. For card format, confirm your unit has a microSD/SD card slot and plan to keep the card in the unit while you want chart access.

Feature support can vary by display model and software. For example, some echoMAP CHIRP and ECHOMAP Plus combos do not display raster cartography on the plotter itself, even though raster charts can still be viewed on a mobile device through the ActiveCaptain app.

Installation and setup

For the microSD/SD version, insert the chart card into the card slot and select it as the active chart source on the plotter. For the download version, use Garmin Express on a computer to install the chart to a micro/SD card, then insert that card into the chartplotter.

Keep chart cards clean and dry, and avoid bending or exposing them to salt spray when they are out of the device. If your chartplotter is installed in an open helm, using the slot cover and keeping the card seated helps reduce corrosion issues over time.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.

To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
