This Johnson Evinrude Power Pack CD2 will fit all 50 HP Elect Start, 2 Cyl WSM 113-5316 CD2 SL 6700 Johnson Evinrude models from 1997 to 1999.
From 1992 to 2005, fit 40 and 50 HP Cylinder 2 Stroke Engines with a three-wire trigger sensor and RMP Limiter. In the event of engine overheating, the CD contains the SLOW function, which limits RPM to 2500 RPM. The power pack uses scheduled charges to ensure that the power coils spark correctly. The digital design of today's power packs makes troubleshooting them without specialized equipment more difficult. The power pack is a big part of the ignition system. The engine will not start if it is not functioning well.
