Overview
The Garmin 010-02590-35 is a keyed 5-inch ECHOMAP UHD2 53cv ice fishing bundle that puts GPS mapping, sonar, and a flasher view in a portable setup for hardwater fishing. The 5-inch WVGA display runs 800 x 480 resolution, and the head unit powers from 9 to 18 Vdc with a 3 A fast-acting fuse on the power lead.
For wet, cold days, it carries an IPX7 water rating and is specified for -15° to 55°C operation. Mapping is built in with Garmin Navionics+ coverage for U.S. inland waters, including more than 23,000 lakes, so you can work contours and keep track of productive waypoints from season to season.
This bundle includes a Dual Beam-IF ice transducer for traditional sonar through the hole. It runs 77/200 kHz and lets you switch between a 15° beam and a 45° beam to match depth and how wide you want the cone under the ice. The chartplotter is rated for 500 W RMS sonar output and also supports single-channel CHIRP and ClearVü CHIRP when paired with a compatible transducer.

Installation and setup
On the ice, the cleanest readings come from hanging the transducer centered in the hole and keeping the element level in the water. The included float helps keep it positioned, and the 15° or 45° beam selection lets you tighten up the view on structure or widen the cone when fish are roaming.
If you plan to use the same head unit on a boat in open water, keep in mind the included transducer is for ice fishing. For transom or trolling-motor installs and ClearVü use, pair the chartplotter with a compatible open-water transducer for your hull and mounting style.
Electrical and system integration
This unit is a 12 V device with a 9 to 18 Vdc input range. If your boat is 24 V, plan on a proper step-down converter rather than wiring it directly.
Power draw is modest for a portable setup: max power draw is 8.4 W, with typical current draw around 600 mA at 12 Vdc (700 mA max at 12 Vdc). That makes it practical on the included 7Ah battery for hole-hopping days, and it also fits cleanly into a small-boat electronics panel when you want to run it from ship’s power.
Mounting and fit
The chartplotter body measures 188 x 122 x 61.5 mm (7 3/8 x 4 13/16 x 2 7/16 in.), with a 109 x 65.8 mm (4 5/16 x 2 9/16 in.) active display area and a 5-inch diagonal. Plan for 57 mm (2 1/4 in.) of clearance behind the unit to the nearest obstruction when routing cables.
The included tilt/swivel mount works well for portable use and quick angle changes. For a fixed helm install, the unit also supports flush mounting with a proper cutout and template so it sits cleanly in a dash panel.
Use cases on board
This bundle makes sense for anglers who want one GPS and sonar head they can move between ice season and a small fishing boat in summer. It also fits setups where cockpit space is tight and a compact 5-inch display is easier to place without blocking sightlines or other instruments.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
