Overview
The TACO Marine Zwaardvis table support pedestal is a fixed marine table base system for 2-3/8" diameter columns, also shown as 60 mm, with flush mount and surface mount configurations for different deck, sole, and cockpit table layouts.
This support is used with fixed table tops that receive a dual tapered top column. The tapered base fit helps keep the table steady in everyday boat use, while the removable column format makes it easier to clear space when the table is not needed.
Both versions use aluminum with a brite anodized finish. The surface mount version has a 7" base outside diameter, while the flush mount version has a 7-1/16" base outside diameter.
Key features
- Fits 2-3/8" diameter table columns, also listed as 60 mm, for Zwaardvis fixed-height pedestal systems.
- Available in surface mount and flush mount versions to suit different installation locations on board.
- Tapered base interface helps the column seat securely for a stable fixed table setup.
- Made from aluminum with a brite anodized finish for a clean look in cockpit, cabin, dinette, and helm-area table installations.
- Surface mount option has a 7" base outside diameter for installations where the base sits above the mounting surface.
- Flush mount option has a 7-1/16" base outside diameter for a lower-profile installation when the table is removed.
- Suited to smaller diameter table tops and tight quarters where a 60 mm pedestal system makes sense.
- Covered by a 3-year limited warranty.
Variants
This table support pedestal is offered in two mounting configurations for the same 2-3/8" column size.
The installation style is the main difference between the variants. The finish, column diameter, tapered base function, and fixed table application remain consistent across the two options.
- Z10-4085BLY60MM: Flush mount installation. This version sits into the mounting surface for a cleaner, lower-profile table base when the column and table are removed.
- Z10-4067BLY60MM: Surface mount installation. This version mounts on top of the deck, sole, or table support surface and is useful where a recessed installation is not practical.
Installation and fit
Confirm that the mating pedestal column is a 2-3/8" or 60 mm dual tapered column before ordering. These bases are for fixed table tops, so the table size, column height, and mounting location should be planned together to avoid unwanted movement or clearance issues around seating, hatches, companionways, or walk-through areas.
For surface mount installation, check that the mounting surface is flat and has enough backing strength for table loads while the boat is underway or at anchor. For flush mount installation, confirm that there is enough depth below the surface for the recessed base and that the location will not interfere with wiring, tanks, liners, or structural members.
Use cases on board
This pedestal base range works well for boat owners replacing an existing 60 mm table base or setting up a removable table in a cockpit, cabin, dinette, or helm seating area. The flush mount option suits layouts where a low remaining profile matters after the table is removed, while the surface mount option is a straightforward choice when the mounting surface should not be cut for a recess.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
