Overview
The TACO Marine Poly Filet Table is an adjustable white cutting and prep table for fishing boats, offered in 20-inch and 32-inch sizes for use in a standard gunnel rod holder. The table surface is FDA-approved, UV-stabilized, high-density polyethylene with 1/2-inch thickness, giving anglers a washdown-friendly place to cut bait, filet fish, or serve food and drinks without using a cooler lid, livewell hatch, or gunnel as a work surface.
The adjustable gunnel mount uses a glass-reinforced nylon tilt mount with a brushed bright-dip anodized aluminum pipe, so the table can sit in common rod-holder locations around the cockpit. Drainage openings help water and fish residue run off during cleanup, while molded storage keeps a filet knife and pliers close without leaving them loose on deck.
Key features
- FDA-approved, UV-stabilized, high-density polyethylene surface resists discoloration, cracking, mildew, and fish odor absorption.
- 1/2-inch table thickness gives the cutting surface a solid feel when working fish or bait at the rail.
- Drainage openings help rinse water and debris clear the table instead of pooling on the surface.
- Built-in holder keeps a filet knife and pliers within reach while freeing up deck and bait-prep space.
- Anodized aluminum mounting pipe fits standard gunnel rod holders, with a glass-reinforced nylon tilt mount for angle adjustment.
- Quick-release ergonomic knob lets the table angle be adjusted and allows the unit to fold flat for storage under deck.
- Stainless fasteners support use in wet cockpit conditions and simplify assembly.
- Position washer can be turned 1/4 turn to add six resting angles for the table surface.
- Made in the USA and backed by a limited one-year warranty.
Variants
This poly filet table is offered in two width configurations with the same white finish and adjustable gunnel-mount layout.
The size is the main difference between the variants. The smaller table keeps the footprint tighter for cockpits where rail space is limited, while the larger table gives more prep surface for bigger fish, multiple baits, or serving at the dock.
- P01-2120W: 20-inch size. This configuration gives a 20-inch by 12-inch work surface, which suits boats that need a compact prep station that can stow flat when the fishing is done.
- P01-2132W: 32-inch size. This configuration gives a wider table surface for more working room when cleaning fish, cutting bait, or using the table as a temporary serving surface.
Installation and use on board
The table is meant for gunnel rod-holder mounting rather than permanent deck or bulkhead installation. Set the mounting pipe into a standard rod holder, adjust the table angle with the knob, and position the surface so rinse water drains away from the cockpit working area.
It is a practical match for center consoles, walkarounds, bay boats, and fishing cockpits where a removable prep station is more useful than a fixed cutting board. When the table is not in use, it folds flat for storage under deck or in another protected onboard locker.
Care and maintenance
Rinse the table after cutting bait or cleaning fish, especially after saltwater use or contact with blood and scales. The polyethylene surface does not absorb fish odors, and the drainage openings make routine cleanup easier with fresh water and mild boat-safe soap.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
