The 1-1/8" poles pair with mounts and bases that accept a 1-1/8" outrigger butt, including GS-170 and compatible Striker Base applications. The 1-1/2" poles pair with mounts and bases that accept a 1-1/2" outrigger butt, including Grand Slam and Striker Base setups made for that larger diameter.
Before ordering, confirm the required butt diameter at the mount, not just the overall pole length. This matters most when replacing older outriggers, mixing parts from different systems, or fitting a boat that already has a hardtop or T-top mount installed.
