Overview
The Garmin 010-02613-00 is a BlueNet 30 Gateway that connects Garmin BlueNet network-compatible devices with a legacy Garmin Marine Network on the same vessel. It is used when you are upgrading or expanding electronics and need newer BlueNet gear to communicate alongside an existing Garmin Marine Network installation.
The gateway is powered (power cable included) and mounts in a fixed location so you can keep network cabling tidy and protected. A 2 meter Garmin BlueNet network cable is included for the BlueNet side connection.
Key features
- Links Garmin BlueNet network-compatible equipment to a legacy Garmin Marine Network for mixed-generation installs
- Supports staged electronics upgrades where older networked Garmin components remain on board
- Powered gateway format with a dedicated power cable included
- Mounting hardware included for a secure, vibration-resistant installation
- Includes a 2 meter Garmin BlueNet network cable for the BlueNet side connection
Compatibility and fit
This gateway is meant specifically for bridging Garmin BlueNet network-compatible devices to a legacy Garmin Marine Network. Before purchase, confirm that your onboard system has the two network types you are trying to connect and that you have appropriate access to each network connection point where the gateway will be installed.
Installation and setup
Plan the mounting location where both network runs can reach without tight bends or strain on connectors, then secure the unit using the supplied hardware. Provide clean DC power from your distribution panel using the same best practices you use for other onboard electronics, and keep the wiring supported so it does not work loose in chop or engine vibration.
On boats that see regular spray or washdowns, install the gateway in a sheltered electronics space and route cables so water cannot track along them into the connection area.
Use cases on board
This is a practical fit for refits where a newer BlueNet-capable component is being added while the boat still relies on an established Garmin Marine Network backbone. It also makes sense when you are expanding capabilities over time and want the network to stay functional through each upgrade step.
What’s included
- Garmin BlueNet 30 Gateway
- Power cable
- Mounting hardware
- Garmin BlueNet network cable (2 meters)
- Documentation
Maintenance and care
Periodically check that the unit is still firmly mounted and that cables have not loosened from vibration. If the boat is stored in humid conditions, a quick inspection of connections during routine electronics checks helps prevent corrosion-related issues over time.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
