Overview
The Raymarine Alpha 7in Mast Bracket is a mast mounting bracket range for Raymarine Alpha 7-inch Performance Displays, with configurations for landscape or portrait display orientation and single or dual mast installations.
This bracket range is built around the needs of sailing instruments mounted where they can be seen from the helm, cockpit, rail, or working deck. The aluminum construction keeps the bracket practical for mast use, and the stackable design gives installers a clean way to build out an Alpha display layout without treating each display as a separate mounting problem.
It is a hardware accessory for the Alpha 7-inch display, not an electronic interface or power component. Plan display cabling, power, and network connections separately when laying out the mast installation.
Key features
- Made for Raymarine Alpha 7-inch Performance Displays mounted on a sailing mast.
- Available in landscape single, landscape dual, and portrait single configurations.
- Aluminum construction helps keep the bracket suitable for exposed mast installations.
- Stackable bracket layout supports multi-display setups on performance sailboats.
- Joining screws are provided with each bracket, which helps when stacking compatible brackets together.
- Useful for placing sailing data higher on the mast where crew can read it from the cockpit or deck.
Variants
The Raymarine Alpha 7in Mast Bracket is offered in three configurations for different Alpha 7-inch display layouts.
The variants change by display orientation and mast configuration. The Alpha 7-inch display fit, mast-bracket purpose, aluminum construction, stackable layout, and supplied joining screws remain consistent across this bracket range.
- A80711: Landscape orientation with single mast configuration. This option supports one Alpha 7-inch display in a wide layout on the mast.
- A80712: Landscape orientation with dual mast configuration. This option supports two Alpha 7-inch displays in a wide layout for boats that need more sailing data visible at once.
- A80713: Portrait orientation with single mast configuration. This option supports one Alpha 7-inch display in an upright layout when the mast display area or viewing preference calls for portrait mounting.
Installation and setup
Before installation, confirm the chosen orientation and display count match the instrument layout planned for the boat. On race boats and performance cruisers, mast-mounted displays are often positioned so trimmers, helm, and tactician can read key data without looking down into the cockpit.
Because this is a mount, the main fit questions are physical layout and display compatibility. Check the available mast face area, cable route, viewing angle, and any existing instrument hardware before drilling or stacking brackets.
Compatibility and fit
This bracket range is intended for the Raymarine Alpha 7-inch Performance Display. It should not be treated as a universal GPS or instrument mount for unrelated displays unless fitment is confirmed separately.
The dual and stackable mounting approach makes sense for sailing crews that rely on multiple data pages, such as speed, wind, heading, target numbers, and navigation information. A single-display layout is cleaner when the boat only needs one Alpha 7-inch screen on the mast.
Use cases on board
This bracket is a good match for sailboats adding or updating Raymarine Alpha instrumentation at the mast, especially where cockpit visibility matters during trimming, steering, starts, mark roundings, and offshore watchkeeping.
For a tidy installation, match the bracket variant to the way the display will be viewed underway, then plan the Alpha display power and data cabling before final mounting.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
