Overview
The Blue Sea Systems easyID ATC Fuse is an illuminated blade fuse range for 32V DC boat electrical panels, made to replace standard non-illuminating ATO or ATC fuses while making a blown circuit easier to spot.
Each fuse uses an LED indicator that lights when the fuse has blown, which is useful in helm panels, cabin distribution panels, and other fuse locations that are tucked under dashboards or inside lockers. The range is fast-acting, has a 1000A interrupt capacity at 32V DC, and uses tin-plated blades for dependable contact in marine DC fuse holders.
This series is a practical fit for boat owners, installers, and technicians who want easier troubleshooting without changing the fuse block layout, as long as the existing circuit uses the correct ATO or ATC blade fuse format and the amperage matches the circuit protection requirement.
Key features
- Illuminated ATC blade fuse with LED status indication when the fuse is blown.
- Replaces non-illuminating ATO or ATC fuses in compatible fuse holders.
- Fast-acting response for DC circuit protection.
- 1000A interrupt capacity at 32V DC.
- Tin-plated blade material supports good electrical contact in marine DC panels.
- Works with Blue Sea Systems ST Blade fuse blocks and ATO-ATC fuse holders.
- Available in common low-voltage DC circuit ratings from 3A to 40A.
- Two fuses are supplied per retail package.
Variants
This easyID ATC Fuse range varies by amperage, with options for 3A, 5A, 7.5A, 10A, 15A, 20A, 25A, 30A, and 40A circuits. The fuse rating should match the wire size, equipment requirement, and fuse holder rating for the circuit being protected.
The illuminated blown-fuse indication, ATC blade format, fast-acting behavior, tin-plated blades, and 1000A interrupt capacity at 32V DC apply across the range.
Installation and fit
Install the fuse only in a compatible ATO or ATC fuse holder or fuse block. Before replacing a fuse, turn off power to the circuit, confirm the cause of the blown fuse, and match the replacement amperage to the original circuit protection value rather than increasing the rating to stop nuisance blowing.
Because the LED indicator is meant to be seen, placement matters. It is most helpful in panels where the top of the fuse remains visible after installation, such as helm accessory panels, distribution blocks, and serviceable DC panels behind removable covers.
Electrical use on board
These fuses are intended for low-voltage DC marine electrical systems up to 32V DC. They are suited to protecting properly rated accessory circuits such as electronics feeds, lighting circuits, pumps, and panel loads when the circuit specification calls for an ATO or ATC blade fuse in one of the available amperage ratings.
What’s included
- Two Blue Sea Systems easyID ATC blade fuses in the selected amperage.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
