Overview
The Blue Sea Systems WeatherDeck Circuit Breaker Panel is a gray waterproof DC circuit breaker panel for 12V and 24V boat electrical systems. It combines switching, circuit protection, and backlit labeling in one panel, making it a practical fit for exposed helm stations, flybridges, open cockpits, and other areas where spray, rain, and washdowns are part of normal use.
The panel is IP67 rated for temporary immersion up to 30 minutes and uses a reinforced polycarbonate body. Each circuit is protected by a circuit breaker rated up to 15A at 12V DC or 9A at 24V DC, with a 45A cumulative panel rating. Green LED label backlighting helps keep circuit labels readable at night, and the labels illuminate when the panel is powered regardless of individual switch position.
Key features
- Waterproof IP67 rating supports installation in exposed marine locations where rain, spray, and cockpit washdowns are expected.
- Works with 12V DC and 24V DC systems, with backlighting that also supports 12V or 24V DC supply.
- Circuit breaker protection is built into each position, reducing the need for separate branch circuit breakers behind the panel.
- Green LED label backlighting draws 10mA per illuminated circuit and helps identify circuits in low light.
- Compatible with Blue Sea Systems Digital Dimmers for installations where label lighting brightness is controlled from the helm or panel area.
- Mounts in four different orientations, which helps when space is tight or the panel must align with an existing helm layout.
- Reinforced polycarbonate construction gives the panel a body suited to saltwater use, vibration, and UV-exposed mounting areas.
Variants
This WeatherDeck circuit breaker panel is offered in three position counts so the panel can match the number of DC circuits being controlled from the same location.
The main difference between the variants is the number of circuit positions and the panel height. The voltage rating, circuit breaker protection, 45A cumulative panel rating, green LED label backlighting, 4.25 in width, and 3.50 in depth remain consistent across the listed versions.
- 4374 has 4 positions. This is the shortest version at 4.30 in high, useful for a small group of switched DC loads where panel space is limited.
- 4376 has 6 positions. This version is 6.00 in high and suits a medium helm or cockpit switching group without moving to the taller panel.
- 4378 has 8 positions. This version is 7.70 in high and gives more circuit control in one WeatherDeck panel while keeping the same width and depth as the smaller versions.
Installation and fit
Use the selected position count to confirm both circuit capacity and panel space before cutting or replacing an existing panel. All three variants share the same 4.25 in width and 3.50 in depth, while the height changes with the number of positions. The 4-position panel is 4.30 in high, the 6-position panel is 6.00 in high, and the 8-position panel is 7.70 in high.
The four-orientation mounting option is helpful on consoles and flybridge panels where wiring access, label direction, or nearby electronics may limit the normal mounting position. The panel is a good match for boats that need DC circuit control in areas that are not fully enclosed.
Electrical and system integration
Each circuit supports up to 15A at 12V DC or 9A at 24V DC, and the total panel load should stay within the 45A cumulative rating. Match each connected load, wire size, and overcurrent protection plan to the vessel electrical layout before installation.
The built-in green LED label backlighting makes the panel easier to read on evening runs, night fishing, or dockside checks after dark. Compatibility with Blue Sea Systems Digital Dimmers also helps when the panel is installed near navigation displays or other helm electronics where lighting level matters.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
