Overview

The i2Systems LL-105-R is a LightLink LED dimmer and 0-10V bridge that sits between your 12/24V power source and compatible i2Systems LED fixtures, letting you control a lighting zone from a momentary switch, an analog dimmer signal, or PWM.

It runs on 12/24V DC systems with an 18 to 30 VDC supply range and can also be powered from 12/24V AC (11 to 28 VAC). The DIM output supports up to 2.25A, which is commonly used for up to 50 round fixtures or up to 50 feet of linear fixtures depending on the fixture model and total load.

Plan to mount the module in a dry, protected space behind a panel or inside a cabinet. It is intended for dry locations and should not be placed where spray, bilge water, or condensation can collect.

Key features
  • Accepts 12/24V DC power (18 to 30 VDC) and supports 12/24V AC input (11 to 28 VAC) with an appropriate supply
  • DIM output rated up to 2.25A for larger lighting zones
  • Works with five control input types: momentary contact, +10V source, 0-10V sink (0-10V reference), PWM normal, and PWM inverted
  • Analog 1-10V control support aligned with IEC 60929:2006 Annex E for compatible dimming panels
  • No-load current draw of 25 to 50 mA
  • Operating ambient temperature range of -20 to 40 C
  • Hardwire terminal blocks for power and control, plus an optional input jack for a plug-in supply (use only one power input method at a time)
What’s included
  • LightLink A/D dimming module (LL-105-R)
  • 3-position terminal block
  • Orange program selector
  • 6-position terminal block with jumper
  • 2-position terminal block
  • Screwdriver
  • Two mounting screws
Compatibility and fit

This module is used with compatible i2Systems dimmable fixtures, including Apeiron, Ember, Profile, Latitude, Element, and S-Line families, as well as i2Systems linear systems where a longer run is being controlled as a single zone. Confirm that the fixtures in your circuit are intended to be controlled from a LightLink DIM and COM output before wiring the module into the system.

Installation and setup

Mount the unit where it stays dry and where the terminal blocks remain accessible for service, such as behind the helm switch panel or inside a locker. Make all connections with power off, protect the feed with an appropriately sized fuse or breaker, and avoid wiring directly to an unprotected battery bus.

Minimum wire size is 18 AWG with insulation rated to 105 C or higher. The module can be powered through the 12/24V terminal inputs for DC or AC supplies, or through the input jack when using a plug-in supply. Do not connect the terminal inputs and the input jack at the same time.

For consistent behavior, keep the module powered from a non-switched supply and use the control input for on and off and dimming changes instead of cutting power to the module with the lighting load.

Control and dimming inputs

A normally open momentary switch between MOM and Common provides simple on and off with a quick press and dimming with a press-and-hold. In momentary mode the output ramps from 100% down to about 5% and back, pausing briefly at each level.

For panel integration, the module can follow a 0 to 10V control signal (sink) or provide a +10V source for a 1-10V dimmer panel. PWM inputs are available for systems that output a PWM dimming signal, including inverted PWM.

Use cases on board

This module is a good match for boats that want helm-side dimming for i2Systems cabin, cockpit, or courtesy lights, or for builds where a 0-10V lighting controller is already in the system and i2Systems fixtures need to follow that control signal.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.

To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.

We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
