Overview
The Garmin Navionics Vision+ NVEU069R is an electronic chart covering the Caspian Sea and the Lower Volga River for compatible Garmin chartplotters. It is available as Garmin Navionics+ (NSEU069R) or Garmin Navionics Vision+ (NVEU069R), and as either a microSD/SD card or a download that you load to your own card.
All configurations include a one-year subscription that unlocks daily updates and lets you download extra chart content through the ActiveCaptain app. Depth range shading supports up to 10 ranges, and shallow water shading can be set to your own safety depth. Auto Guidance+ can calculate a suggested dock-to-dock route using your chosen depth and overhead clearance, as a planning aid on compatible systems.
Vision+ adds extra visual layers, including high-resolution relief shading and satellite imagery overlays, plus 3D views and photo content where it is available for the area. Contour detail can show up to 1-foot contours in supported data coverage, which helps when you are reading bottom shape around banks, channels, and harbors.
Key features
- Coverage for the Caspian Sea and Lower Volga River region, combining coastal and inland navigation in one chart area.
- One-year subscription included for daily updates and additional downloadable chart content via the ActiveCaptain app.
- Depth range shading with up to 10 ranges to highlight a target depth band on screen.
- Shallow water shading at a user-defined depth to make shallows easier to spot while underway.
- Auto Guidance+ suggested routing that factors in your desired depth and overhead clearance (planning only, on compatible chartplotters).
- Up to 1-foot contours where supported by the underlying data for clearer bottom structure and channel detail.
- Vision+ adds premium layers such as high-resolution relief shading, satellite imagery overlays, 3D views, and photo content where available.
Variants
This coverage area is offered in multiple configurations that differ by chart version and delivery format.
The version changes the available chart layers (Garmin Navionics+ versus Garmin Navionics Vision+). The format determines whether you receive a physical microSD/SD card or download the map data to your own card using Garmin Express.
- 010-C1264-00: Garmin Navionics Vision+ in microSD/SD format (chart code NVEU069R). This is a physical card that plugs into the chartplotter for that coverage area.
- 010-D1866-00: Garmin Navionics Vision+ in Download format (chart code NVEU069R). You load the data onto your own microSD/SD card using Garmin Express.
- 010-C1264-20: Garmin Navionics+ in microSD/SD format (chart code NSEU069R). This is a physical card that plugs into the chartplotter for that coverage area.
- 010-D1866-20: Garmin Navionics+ in Download format (chart code NSEU069R). You load the data onto your own microSD/SD card using Garmin Express.
Coverage area
This chart covers coastal navigation on the Caspian Sea, including the ports of Baku, Astrakhan, Turkmenbashi, and Makhachkala. Inland, it includes the Volga River from its delta to Tolyatti (including Volgograd, Saratov, Balakovo, the Saratov Reservoir, and Samara), plus the Don River to Kalach-na-Donu (including the Tsimlyansk Reservoir, the Volga-Don Canal, and ports such as Volgodonsk and Rostov-on-Don).
Installation and updates
With the microSD/SD option, insert the card into the chartplotter and keep it installed when you want to use that coverage area. With the download option, you supply your own microSD/SD card and load the map data using Garmin Express.
Subscription activation and chart updates are handled through the ActiveCaptain app. Charts and features downloaded during the subscription period remain on the card, but downloading new updates or additional content requires an active subscription once the included one-year term ends.
Compatibility and fit
These Garmin Navionics+ and Garmin Navionics Vision+ products are for compatible Garmin devices. Before ordering, confirm your chartplotter supports the Garmin Navionics+ format and that it has the correct card slot for microSD or SD if you are choosing the preloaded card.
This is cartography only, so there is no wiring, no NMEA network setup, and no impact on a 12 V or 24 V electrical system. The key checks are device compatibility, the card format you want to use onboard, and how you prefer to handle updates.
Who it suits
This coverage is a good fit for boats running the Caspian coastline and for inland passages on the Volga and connected canals where you want one chart region that spans coastal and river navigation. The Vision+ version is the configuration that includes the additional visual layers such as relief shading and satellite imagery overlays where they are available for the area.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
