Overview
The Vimar Eikon EXÉ 22653 is a 3-module cover plate that finishes an Eikon EXÉ device installation and leaves a clean face around the modules. The front size is 122 mm wide by 90 mm high, and it mounts horizontally or vertically.
These plates are offered in a wide range of finish styles, so the visible surface can match surrounding trim, joinery, and hardware on board. The plate itself is rated IP00, so it belongs in dry, protected interior areas rather than spray zones or washdown locations.
This is the cover plate only. Switches, sockets, controls, and the mounting support behind the plate are separate parts.
Key features
- 3-module cover plate format for Vimar Eikon EXÉ installations
- 122 mm x 90 mm front size with horizontal or vertical mounting
- Mounting grid and clamp fixing for a secure fit on the support
- Label space for identifying circuits and functions
- Suitable for built-in installations, including floor boxes and wall ducts
- IP00 rating, so it has no sealing against water or dust
- No switch inserts included with the plate
Variants
This cover plate series comes in many finishes. Depending on the version, the visible surface may be glass or mirror glass, polished or brushed metal, leather, solid wood, or worked stone, with colors ranging from light neutrals to darker metallic tones and stone patterns.
Across the range, the fit stays consistent as a 3-module Eikon EXÉ plate with the same 122 mm x 90 mm face size, horizontal or vertical mounting, and clamp fixing on the mounting grid. Thickness and surface texture vary with the finish.
Compatibility and fit
Use this plate with Vimar Eikon EXÉ 3-module supports and the compatible device inserts installed behind it. In horizontal orientation it frames three modules across; in vertical orientation it frames one 3-module stack.
Installation and setup
Install the support and device inserts first, then align the plate on the mounting grid and press it into place so the clamp fixings engage. On boats, take a moment to confirm the panel opening is clean and that wiring has clearance before the final fit, especially in thin bulkheads and furniture panels.
Use on board
This style of plate suits cabins, galleys, nav stations, and other interior spaces where you want a finished switching layout that matches the rest of the boat interior. The label area is handy anywhere you want clear identification for lighting zones, pumps, or accessory circuits.
Maintenance and care
Wipe with a soft cloth and keep cleaners mild, especially in salt air where harsh chemicals can haze glossy surfaces or leave marks on brushed finishes. For wood and leather finishes, keep moisture to a minimum and dry the surface after cleaning.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
