Overview
The Garmin 010-11977-00 is a flush mount kit for installing compatible Garmin 5-inch marine chartplotters and fishfinders into a flat helm panel for a clean, low-profile finish.
It fits echoMAP 50s and GPSMAP 527, 527xs, 547, and 547xs units, and is commonly used on center consoles, sailboat nav stations, and powerboat dashboards where you want the display seated close to the panel instead of sitting on a bracket.
The kit supplies the mounting support needed to cut a precise opening and secure the unit from the back side of the panel, which helps keep the front of the helm tidy and reduces how far the display protrudes into the cockpit.

Compatibility and fit
This is not a universal flush mount kit. Match it to the model name on your device label before cutting the helm. It is intended for echoMAP 50s and GPSMAP 527, 527xs, 547, and 547xs units.
Flush mounting requires space and access behind the panel for the mounting hardware and for routing power, transducer, and network cables. Check that steering components, switch wiring, and structural supports will clear the back of the unit.
Installation and setup
Use the provided template to mark the cutout on the console, then dry-fit the device before final mounting. A careful test fit helps avoid interference with nearby gauges and lets you confirm the viewing angle from the helm.
After cutting, seal any exposed core material on composite panels and keep fasteners snug without over-tightening. That combination holds up better in vibration and helps prevent moisture from working into the helm over time.
Use cases on board
This kit is a good match when you are building a new dash, refreshing an older helm, or moving a compatible Garmin 5-inch display from a bracket mount to a cleaner panel installation. It is also useful on smaller boats where keeping the display tight to the console reduces snag points around the wheel and throttle area.

We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
