Overview
The Garmin Navionics Norway Lakes & Rivers is an electronic chart package for inland navigation in Norway, offered as Garmin Navionics+ (NSEU071R) or Garmin Navionics Vision+ (NVEU071R) for use on compatible Garmin chartplotters. Each version includes a one-year subscription, so chart layers and any optional content can be downloaded during that period, with daily updates handled through the ActiveCaptain app.
Navionics+ focuses on the core chart layers with features like depth range shading, shallow water shading and up to 1-foot contours where available. Vision+ keeps those base layers and adds premium views such as high-resolution relief shading, satellite imagery, sonar imagery, aerial photography and 3D chart views, depending on the local data available for the area.
It is sold either on a microSD/SD card or as a downloadable product installed through Garmin Express.
Key features
- Coverage for Norway lakes and rivers, with region codes NSEU071R (Navionics+) and NVEU071R (Vision+).
- One-year subscription included, with daily chart updates managed through the ActiveCaptain app.
- Available as microSD/SD media or as a download installed with Garmin Express.
- Depth range shading and shallow water shading help keep an eye on the depths that matter.
- Up to 1-foot contours supported where the underlying survey data allows.
- Auto Guidance+ route guidance for planning routes using chart data and navigation aids.
- Vision+ versions add premium layers such as high-resolution relief shading, satellite imagery, sonar imagery, aerial photography and 3D views when available.
Variants
This chart coverage is offered in multiple configurations to match how it will be installed on board.
What varies is the chart level (Garmin Navionics+ vs Garmin Navionics Vision+) and the delivery method (microSD/SD vs Download). The coverage area is the same Norway Lakes & Rivers region, while the region code differs between Navionics+ (NSEU071R) and Vision+ (NVEU071R).
- 010-C1266-20: Version Garmin Navionics+, format microSD/SD. Preloaded card for chartplotters with a compatible card slot, with updates downloaded during the subscription.
- 010-D1868-20: Version Garmin Navionics+, format Download. Installed through Garmin Express instead of using a physical card.
- 010-C1266-00: Version Garmin Navionics Vision+, format microSD/SD. Preloaded card with the Vision+ premium layers available for the coverage area.
- 010-D1868-00: Version Garmin Navionics Vision+, format Download. Installed through Garmin Express, with Vision+ premium layers available for the coverage area.
Compatibility and fit
This is cartography only and requires a compatible Garmin chartplotter that supports Garmin Navionics+ or Garmin Navionics Vision+. Match the format to the hardware: microSD/SD versions need the appropriate card slot, and download versions require a computer running Garmin Express for installation.
If multiple Garmin displays are on board, confirm how each unit will access the chart data based on card slot availability or how downloads are installed.
Installation and updates
For microSD/SD, insert the card into the chartplotter and select the chart in the mapping screen. For Download, install the chart through Garmin Express and then select it on the device once transferred.
Daily updates and downloadable layers are handled through the ActiveCaptain app during the included subscription period. Keeping the chartplotter and app connected when planning routes helps ensure the latest available data for the area is being used.
Use on board
This coverage is a good match for skippers running Norwegian lakes and rivers who want current chart data for route planning, marinas and navigation aids, plus depth-focused overlays for fishing. Vision+ is the version that adds the extra visual layers, such as relief shading and 3D views, for those who prefer that style of chart presentation.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
