Installation and setup

Plan the mounting location so you can see the display from the helm and still protect it from constant spray. Leave enough clearance behind the panel for cable connections and for routing into a dry, supported wire run.

If your chosen configuration includes a transducer, take time on placement and cable routing. Transom-mounted installs work best when the transducer sits in clean water at speed and the cable is secured away from sharp edges, moving parts, and high-heat areas.

Electrical and network integration

NMEA 2000 support lets the display share data with compatible equipment such as engines, fuel sensors, heading sensors, AIS, and other displays on the network. Keep backbone power, termination, and drop lengths within normal marine network practices for stable performance.

If your bundle includes radar, mount the dome where it has an unobstructed view and a solid base that can handle vibration. Radar installs typically require dedicated power and careful routing to keep cables protected and dry.

Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Delivery and tracking

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
