Overview
The Garmin BlueChart g3 Vision HD VEU467S is an electronic chart for the waters from Blackpool to Cardiff, covering Cardigan Bay, the northern portion of the Bristol Channel, Holyhead, and Liverpool. It adds detailed coastal cartography and port information to compatible Garmin chartplotters, with satellite imagery overlays at high resolution where available.
On-screen tools include Auto Guidance route suggestions that use your chosen depth and overhead clearance, plus depth range shading for up to 10 depth ranges. In many areas you can also view up to 1-foot contours, along with MarinerEye and FishEye 3D perspectives that help when you are reading bottom shape and approach lines.

Variants
This chart is offered in two formats, both delivering the same VEU467S coverage area.
The difference is how you receive and load the chart into your Garmin system: a preprogrammed card for plug-in use, or a download that is written to a microSD/SD card through Garmin Express.
- 010-C0811-00: Format: microSD/SD. Insert the preprogrammed card into the chartplotter card slot to access the chart immediately while the card remains installed.
- 010-D0409-00: Format: Download. The chart is downloaded with Garmin Express and installed to a microSD/SD card, and the download is linked to one compatible device once activated.
Compatibility and fit
This chart is made for compatible Garmin chartplotters and marine handhelds that support BlueChart g3 Vision charts and accept microSD/SD media. On a Garmin Marine Network, other compatible displays can view the chart while the card stays inserted in one unit.
Coverage is specific to VEU467S, so it is intended for trips that stay within the Blackpool to Cardiff region.
Installation and setup
For the microSD/SD version, power the plotter off, insert the card, then power up and select the chart layer from the chart page. Leave the card installed during use so the plotter can read chart detail and imagery layers.
For the download version, use a computer with Garmin Express to write the chart to a microSD/SD card, then move that card to the plotter. Plan on one chart per card when loading charts through Garmin Express.
Use on board
This chart is a good match for coastal cruising, fishing, and port-hopping along the Irish Sea approaches and the Welsh coast. Satellite overlays, aerial photos, and 3D views can be helpful when you are entering an unfamiliar harbor or checking bottom structure, where those layers are available.
Updates and care
Updates are handled through Garmin Express when new chart data is available. Keep the card clean and dry, and avoid removing it while the plotter is actively reading chart data.

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
