Variants

This anchor is offered in four size configurations for different anchoring setups.

The size changes between variants, while the slip-ring shank, pivoting flukes, hot-dip galvanized steel construction, and flat-stowing fluke format remain consistent across the range.

• 9960-1: Size #5. This is the smallest size in the group, suited to compact storage areas and lighter small-boat anchoring setups.
• 9961-1: Size #7. This size adds more anchor body than Size #5 while keeping the same flat-stowing fluke layout.
• 9962-1: Size #10. This option fits setups where a larger fluke anchor is needed without changing to a different anchor style.
• 9963-1: Size #13. This is the largest size in this range and gives more anchor size for boats that need the upper end of the series.

Sizing and onboard use

Match the anchor size to the vessel length, displacement, windage, bottom type, rode, chain, and local conditions. A fluke anchor depends on scope and bottom engagement, so it should be set with a steady pull and checked after a wind or current shift.

Retrieval and care

The slip-ring layout helps when the anchor loads up under a rock, root, or obstruction because the pull can shift toward the opposite end of the shank during recovery. After use, rinse off mud, sand, and salt, then let the anchor dry before it goes back into the locker so buildup does not collect around the ring or fluke pivots.

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
