Cooler Shield Type I Hinges are compatible with the Igloo® Universal Hinge - Item #9360. Compatible with the following cooler sizes: 28, 36, 40, 48, 54, 72, 94, 128, 162. Patented. Cooler Shield Replacement Hinges are designed to replace Igloo® factory installed hinges. Cooler Shield Hinges are guaranteed for the life of your cooler. If your Cooler Shield Hinge fail, we will replace them. Cooler Shield Hinge's unique heavy duty design and lifetime warranty differentiates them from the original factory installed cooler hinge. This improved design requires no drilling. The only tool you need is a #2 phillips screwdriver. The hinges are: UV resistant, food safe, recyclable, Made in USA, self lubricating, corrosion resistant. The hinge pin and screws are 316 Stainless Steel. The Igloo® compatible design is a heavy duty design that utilizes additional hole locations in the cooler body for extra strength. Hinges feature an auto stop design to a neutral rest position for the lid.

We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer.
