Overview
The Hella Marine NaviLED 360 PRO is an all-round 360 degree LED navigation lamp with a 2 nautical mile minimum visible distance for 12-24V DC systems. It draws 1.5W, carries an IP67 rating, and comes pre-wired with 1.4 m of tinned marine cable for straightforward installation.
The housing is made from plastic that resists corrosion, UV exposure, and impacts, paired with a Grilamid® lens. Built-in voltage protection helps in real-world boat wiring, with spike protection to +500 volts and reverse polarity protection to -500 volts. The lamp is approved to recognized marine navigation standards, including IMO COLREG 72 and Wheelmark (MED).
Key features
- 2 nautical mile minimum visible distance with an all-round 360 degree light pattern
- Multivolt™ 12-24V DC input for common 12V and 24V onboard systems
- IP67 completely sealed construction for exposed mounting and washdowns
- 1.5W power consumption to keep current draw low on nav-light circuits
- Pre-wired with 1.4 m tinned marine cable for corrosion-resistant connections
- Spike protected to +500 volts and reverse polarity protected to -500 volts
- Plastic housing that resists corrosion, UV exposure, and impacts, with a Grilamid® lens

Variants
This lamp is offered with two housing colors and multiple lens colors to match different navigation or signal-light requirements.
Across the range, the changes are cosmetic and light color related: housing is available in black or white, and lens color is available in green, red, or white. The core specifications remain the same, including surface-mount installation, IP67 sealing, Multivolt™ 12-24V DC operation, and 1.5W power draw.
Installation and setup
Mount the lamp on a flat surface where it has a clear 360 degree view with no shadows from antennas, rails, or hardtop overhangs. Plan the cable route before drilling, seal any deck or hardtop penetrations properly, and keep connections in a dry area when possible.
Electrical and system integration
Connect to a switched 12V or 24V DC navigation-light circuit using marine-grade, tinned conductors and sealed terminals. Even with built-in spike and reverse-polarity protection, good wiring practice still matters on boats, especially around engines, windlass circuits, and other high-load equipment.
Materials and sealing
The IP67 rating and fully sealed build make it a good fit for mounting spots that see spray, rain, and routine washdowns. The plastic housing and Grilamid® lens are chosen for long-term exposure to sun, salt air, and vibration.
Use on board
On cruising sailboats and powerboats, this style of all-round light is commonly mounted on a mast, hardtop, or cabin top where it can be seen from every direction. The red and green lens options are also used on workboats and commercial vessels when an all-round colored light is part of the required light configuration.
Maintenance and care
Rinse salt off the lens and housing during routine washdowns, and check that the mounting fasteners stay tight after hard runs in chop. If the lens needs cleaning, use mild soap and water and avoid harsh solvents that can haze plastics over time.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
