Overview
This Raymarine NMEA 2000 DeviceNet male to SeaTalk NG spur female adaptor cable is made for connecting Raymarine SeaTalk NG instruments, autopilot controllers, and displays into a standard NMEA 2000 DeviceNet network.
The white SeaTalk NG spur connection plugs into the Raymarine unit, while the metal threaded DeviceNet male end accepts a standard NMEA 2000 DeviceNet drop cable for connection to the backbone. The range is available in 120mm, 1.0m, and 1.5m lengths, so the cable run can match the space behind the helm, instrument pod, electronics panel, or network junction area without adding unnecessary slack.
Key features
- Connects Raymarine SeaTalk NG equipment to a standard NMEA 2000 DeviceNet network.
- DeviceNet male end works with a compatible NMEA 2000 DeviceNet drop cable or female T-connector connection.
- White SeaTalk NG spur female end matches Raymarine SeaTalk NG spur cabling used on instruments, autopilot controls, and displays.
- Metal threaded DeviceNet connector helps keep the NMEA 2000 side secure in areas exposed to vibration and movement.
- Available in three cable lengths for short panel jumps, cleaner helm wiring, or a longer route to the nearest network point.
Variants
This adaptor cable is offered in multiple lengths for different wiring layouts on board.
The connector format remains the same across the listed variants: NMEA 2000 DeviceNet male on one end and SeaTalk NG spur female on the other. The cable length is the changing attribute.
- A06078: Cable length 120mm. This short length suits tight installations where the Raymarine device and the NMEA 2000 network connection are close together.
- A06076: Cable length 1m. This length gives more routing room behind a helm, console, or electronics panel without creating a long coil of unused cable.
- A06046: Cable length 1.5m. This longer option helps when the SeaTalk NG device is farther from the nearest NMEA 2000 backbone drop point.
Installation and setup
Use this cable when a Raymarine SeaTalk NG device needs to join an existing NMEA 2000 DeviceNet backbone. The SeaTalk NG end connects at the Raymarine device, and the DeviceNet male side connects into the NMEA 2000 side of the installation through the correct drop connection.
Before ordering, check the available connector gender on the NMEA 2000 network and the distance between the device and the backbone connection. This cable does not replace the need for a properly powered, terminated NMEA 2000 backbone.
Use on board
This cable is a practical fit for helm refits, electronics upgrades, autopilot installations, and mixed-brand NMEA 2000 networks where Raymarine SeaTalk NG equipment needs to exchange data with the boat network.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
