Overview
The Victron Energy REL200300100 is a VM-3P75CT energy meter for measuring AC power and energy in single-phase, split-phase, and three-phase Victron power systems. It supports direct voltage measurement from 85 to 265 VAC line-to-neutral and 150 to 460 VAC line-to-line, with 75 A current measurement through the included split-core current transformers.
This meter is a useful fit for boats and marine electrical installations that use Victron inverter/charger equipment and a GX device for system monitoring. It can report power and energy data over VE.Can or Ethernet, so the readings can be viewed through a Cerbo GX, Ekrano GX, VictronConnect, and the VRM Portal.
The VM-3P75CT is for protected indoor installation only. Its IP20 enclosure and -10 to +55 °C operating range make it better suited to an electrical panel, equipment locker, or dry technical space rather than an exposed cockpit, lazarette, or washdown area.
Key features
- Measures power and energy in single-phase, split-phase, and three-phase AC applications.
- 75 A rated current measurement using included split-core current transformers, so existing conductors do not need to be cut for CT installation.
- Communicates through VE.Can with two RJ45 connectors or through Ethernet using Modbus UDP.
- 100 ms refresh rate helps Victron systems track AC loads, grid import, feed-in, generator output, or PV inverter output with responsive data.
- Works as a grid meter in many MultiPlus and Quattro systems, with configuration available through VictronConnect when the role or IP settings need to be changed.
- Self-powered via L1-N, with low consumption of 1.45 W / 3.1 VA.
- Compact 90 x 71 x 59 mm enclosure fits into many AC distribution panels and technical compartments.
- Polycarbonate enclosure with IP20 protection for dry, indoor electrical spaces.
- Safety standard EN-IEC 61010-1 and Cat. III overvoltage category for use in fixed AC electrical installations.
Electrical and system integration
The VM-3P75CT connects into the AC side of a Victron system and sends measured values to the monitoring network rather than switching or converting power itself. On a vessel, that makes it practical for tracking shore power, generator input, AC loads, or inverter and inverter/charger output where the installation layout supports the required wiring.
The unit can connect to a GX device through VE.Can using the supplied terminators, or through Ethernet on the same local network as the GX device. This is useful in larger marine power systems where the energy meter is mounted in an AC panel and the GX display or gateway is located elsewhere on board.
Installation and fit
The included split-core current transformers clamp around insulated conductors and are matched to their input channels. Keeping each CT on the correct phase and facing the correct direction matters for accurate readings, especially in three-phase systems where phase order and load direction affect the displayed values.
Voltage connections use screw terminals, and the CT connections use included pluggable screw terminals. A disconnecting device is required for the installation and is not included, so the final wiring should be planned as part of the vessel’s AC distribution system and completed by a qualified installer familiar with marine AC practice.
Use cases on board
This meter suits boats using Victron monitoring where AC energy data needs to be visible alongside battery, inverter, charger, and solar information. It is especially relevant for cruising boats, workboats, and larger yachts with shore power, generator input, inverter/charger systems, or onboard AC loads that need clear monitoring through a GX device and VRM.
What’s included
- Victron VM-3P75CT energy meter with 3 input terminal blocks.
- 3 split-core current transformers wired ready for connection.
- 640 mm current transformer wire length.
- 2 VE.Can terminators.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
