Compatibility and fit

This kit is specific to the WM-4 system and the way the WM-4 antenna connects to the WM-4 Satellite Interface. If your boat uses a different Sirius receiver or a different antenna connector style, this is unlikely to be the right adapter.

Installation and setup

Support the antenna lead so the SMA connection is not carrying the weight of the cable run. Keep bends gentle and avoid routing where the cable can be stepped on, pinched by a hatch, or tugged when you pull electronics out for service.

Start SMA threads by hand to avoid cross-threading, then snug the connection. Placing the connection inside a dry console or electronics compartment helps reduce intermittent issues caused by moisture and vibration.
