Overview
The Garmin Camera Coax Cable is a coax extension lead used in Garmin camera installations when the run between the camera location and the helm electronics needs more reach. It is offered in 8 m, 15 m, and 25 m lengths to match anything from a short hardtop route to a longer transom-to-helm pull.
On most boats this kind of cable gets routed through rigging tubes, under side decks, or up a tower, so cable length matters. Plan for enough slack to form a small service loop at each end, without leaving a large coil that has to be stuffed behind panels.

Variants
This cable is offered in multiple lengths so you can match the run on your boat without adding unnecessary joins in the middle of the route.
The only difference between variants is cable length, listed below.
- 010-13026-00, 8 m length. A shorter run that often covers installs where the camera and helm electronics are relatively close together.
- 010-13026-01, 15 m length. Extra reach for routing through rigging chases, under gunwales, or up to a hardtop or arch.
- 010-13026-02, 25 m length. Longer reach for towers, larger boats, or when the camera is mounted well aft and the helm is forward.
Installation and setup
Plan the route before pulling cable. Coax does not like sharp bends, so use gentle turns and keep the run clear of steering linkages, throttle cables, and moving hatches.
Support the cable along the route with cushioned clamps and protect it anywhere it passes through fiberglass, aluminum, or bulkheads. For deck or hardtop penetrations, use a proper cable gland and seal it so water cannot track along the cable into the console.
Compatibility and fit
Confirm your Garmin camera and the receiving device in your system are intended to use a Garmin camera coax cable. If your setup uses a different Garmin camera interface or connector style, a different lead or an adapter may be required.
When choosing length, measure the actual path on the boat, not the straight-line distance, and add a little extra for service loops and future access.
Use on board
Common installs include aft-facing docking views, engine room monitoring, cockpit coverage, and blind-spot views from a tower or hardtop. This cable is a good fit when the camera location is fixed and you simply need the right reach to tie it back into the helm electronics cleanly.

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
