Overview
The Hella Marine EuroLED 95 Gen 2 is a recessed LED downlight with spring-clip mounting for 12V and 24V DC systems (9 to 33V). It is completely sealed for wet locations, with a low-profile 316 stainless steel trim suited to cabins and exposed areas where washdowns and vibration are part of normal boat life.
Light output is rated up to 420 lumens with a broad 90 degree beam that spreads light evenly across headliners and work surfaces. Primary color temperature is 5000K white or 2700K warm white, with a CRI above 80 for more natural color on timber, fabrics, and finishes.
Dimming is via PWM, and the electronics are built to keep electrical noise low around onboard radios and other electronics. A 5-year warranty supports long-term installs and refits.
Key features
- Multivolt 9 to 33V DC input for 12V and 24V banks
- Completely sealed housing rated IP6K9K for interior or exterior mounting in wet or dry areas
- Up to 420 lumens maximum output with a 90 degree beam for broad area lighting
- Primary light options: 5000K white or 2700K warm white, with dual-color options that add red or blue on a separate circuit
- PWM dimmable, including the secondary color channel where fitted
- Recess mount with spring clips and a 72 mm cutout for both round and square trims
- Reverse-polarity protection that prevents damage if the supply is accidentally wired backward
Variants
This downlight is available in round or square trims, with the same spring-clip recessed mounting style across the range.
Options vary by primary light color (white or warm white) and by the presence of a secondary red or blue circuit for night lighting or accent lighting. The shape option supports matching the visible trim style to the interior finish while keeping the same 72 mm mounting cutout.
Installation and wiring
Installation is from the front of the panel. The spring clips hold the unit in place from behind, which is useful in headliners and liners where access is limited.
Allow roughly 30 mm of clearance behind the mounting surface. Both shapes use a 72 mm cutout; the visible trim is about 95 mm across on the round version and about 78 mm across on the square version.
The lamp is polarity-conscious, and a 5A maximum fuse is recommended on the supply. Dual-color versions include an extra positive lead for the secondary color while sharing the same negative return.
Compatibility and use on board
Multivolt input simplifies mixed builds and refits, since the same light can be used on 12V and 24V circuits without a separate driver. PWM dimming is the supported method for brightness control at the fixture.
This style fits well in saloons, cabins, heads, companionways, and sheltered exterior areas. Dual-color versions make it easy to run bright general lighting, then switch to red or blue when you want lower glare underway at night or a softer look at anchor.

Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
