Overview
The Hella Marine Value Fit Mini 6 LED Flood Light Bar is a compact 6-LED flood light bar for deck and spreader lighting on 10-30 VDC systems, with an 18W load.
It uses a die-cast aluminum housing with a clear polycarbonate lens, and it carries an IP67 rating for exposed mounting areas that see spray and washdowns. Light output is listed at 1080 calculated lumens (about 800 lumens measured), with cool white light around 6000 K.
With an overall size of about 6.3 in wide, it fits neatly on hardtops, radar arches, masts, and cockpit areas when you need broad, close-range illumination for moving around the boat or working lines after dark.
Key features
- Multivolt input: 10-30 VDC for 12V and 24V boats
- 18W, 6-LED flood beam for close-range work and deck lighting
- Listed output: 1080 calculated lumens (about 800 lumens measured)
- IP67-rated housing with a clear polycarbonate lens for spray and washdowns
- Die-cast aluminum housing helps manage heat from the LEDs
- Adjustable stainless steel mounting bracket for aiming and vibration-prone installations
- Approximate size: 6.3 in W x 1.8 in H x 2.5 in D (160 x 45 x 60 mm)
Variants
This light bar is offered in two housing colors for a cleaner match with common tops, arches, and mounting locations.
The main difference is the exterior color; the electrical and lighting specs remain the same across the range.
- 357203001: Product color Black. A low-visibility look that blends in well on darker hardtops and T-top frames.
- 357203051: Product color White. A clean finish that matches white fiberglass and many factory arches.

- Adjustable mounting bracket
- Mounting hardware
- Installation instructions
Installation and setup
The bracket-style mount works well on a hardtop, radar arch, mast spreader, or transom area where you can fasten into solid backing. Leave room for the bracket to tilt and for the wiring to route without rubbing on sharp edges.
On fiberglass, bed fasteners and any cable pass-through with a suitable marine sealant and add a drip loop before the wire enters the boat. Aim the flood beam toward the work area, then tighten the bracket hardware so it stays put under vibration.
Electrical and system integration
Wire it to a switched 10-30 VDC circuit and protect the run with a fuse or breaker sized for an 18W load. For longer runs, use marine-grade tinned cable sized to keep voltage drop under control.
Use cases on board
Use it as a spreader light on a sailboat to wash the foredeck, or as a compact cockpit and deck flood on a center console for rigging and docking. It suits boaters who want a small light bar with multivolt input and an IP67 rating for exposed mounting locations.
Maintenance and care
Rinse salt off the housing and bracket after trips and check fasteners periodically. If you re-aim the light, re-tighten the bracket hardware so the beam does not creep over time.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
