Overview
The Lumitec Razor Light Bar is a flush-mount light bar that puts over 10,000 lumens of white light onto the deck or out ahead, running on 10-30 VDC for both 12V and 24V systems. It is sealed to an IP67 rating and uses a low profile that sits about 1.5 in tall, which helps it blend into hardtops, arches, and pilothouse overhangs where a traditional pod-style bar can look bulky.
This is a practical fit when you want real working light for docking, rigging, cockpit and gunwale illumination, or forward visibility at low speed. Output is 5000K white and the bar is dimmable, so you can back it down when you need less glare in the cockpit.

Variants
The Razor Light Bar line is offered with two beam patterns and two housing finishes. Beam pattern is the main functional difference: Flood spreads light across a wide area for cockpit and deck work, while Spot concentrates light farther forward for picking up markers and obstacles.
Finish options are Black or White, and some White versions are offered with an inverted logo. Electrical range, output class, and physical envelope remain consistent across the range, so the selection usually comes down to beam pattern, finish, and logo orientation to match the install location.
Compatibility and fit
This light bar suits hardtop, arch, and pilothouse mounting where you want a clean face and a shallow profile. For flush installs, confirm you have room for the 3.5 in depth behind the mounting surface plus wiring bend radius, and confirm you have a flat enough area to support the full 18 in width.
Plan the electrical circuit for the load on your system. Current draw is around 9A on 12V systems, so wire sizing, protection, and switching should be set up accordingly for the run length on your boat.
Installation and wiring
Lay out the location so the beam clears antennas, rocket launchers, and canvas. If installing as a spreader light, aim for coverage across the cockpit and side decks without blasting the helm directly, then use the built-in dimming to fine-tune brightness once you are on the water at night.
On a saltwater boat, take the time to seal fasteners and any cut edges in the mounting surface. Keep connections clean and well supported so vibration does not work on terminals over time.
On-board use
Flood beam is a strong match for fishing cockpit lighting, dock work, and loading gear at night. Spot beam makes sense when you want concentrated forward light from a high mounting point for slow-speed navigation and spotting channel markers or floating debris.
Maintenance and care
Rinse the housing with fresh water after salt exposure and keep the lens area clean for best output. Avoid harsh abrasives on the finish and check wiring supports and fasteners as part of routine seasonal inspections.

Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
