Overview

The Vimar VMV51921 is a 1-module mounting frame that fastens to a 35 mm TH35 DIN rail (DIN 60715) so you can install Vimar Eikon, Arké, or Plana devices inside a switchboard or control enclosure.

It occupies 1.5 standard DIN modules (17.5 mm per module), comes in RAL 7035 grey, and includes an isolating lining that adds a protective barrier between the mounted device and surrounding metalwork in a panel.

Key features
  • Fits 35 mm top-hat DIN rail (TH35) layouts used in distribution boards and control enclosures
  • Mounting support for one Vimar Eikon, Arké, or Plana device module on a DIN rail
  • Occupies 1.5 DIN modules (17.5 mm per module), useful for planning rail space in compact panels
  • RAL 7035 grey finish that blends with common switchboard components
  • Supplied with an isolating lining (protection diaphragm) for a cleaner, more separated install in metal enclosures
  • Straight DIN-rail adapter profile with a plastic body, so there is no rust to deal with inside the panel
Compatibility and fit

This frame is for DIN-rail mounting inside an enclosure and is intended for Vimar devices in the Eikon, Arké, and Plana ranges. Confirm the series of the device you plan to mount, and allow for the 1.5-module footprint when laying out breakers, terminals, and wiring duct on the rail.

It uses the standard 35 mm top-hat rail format, so it matches the rails found in many AC and DC distribution panels and small control boxes on board.

Installation and setup

Install the frame on the DIN rail inside the panel, then fit the chosen device module into the support as required by that series. Leave clearance for wire bends and for service access, since cramped enclosures can make later troubleshooting harder than it needs to be.

On boats, it is typically mounted behind a panel door or inside a sealed electrical box to keep salt deposits and spray away from the electrical system.

Use on board

This is a practical part for building a tidy DIN-rail section at a nav station, in a machinery-space control box, or inside a DC distribution locker where you want a single Eikon, Arké, or Plana module to sit alongside breakers and other DIN components.

It suits installers who are standardizing on Vimar device modules and need a compact way to integrate one function into a DIN-rail switchboard layout without giving up more rail space than necessary.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.

To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.

We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
