Overview
The Vimar Eikon 20033 is an interchangeable 3-module rocker button for Vimar Eikon switching devices. It is a one-part rocker control element with IP40 protection, clamp mounting, and thermoplastic construction for protected interior installations.
This part is the visible front control piece for switch or push-button operation, so it matters when you are matching an existing Eikon layout by format, finish, and color. On board, that usually means refit work in cabins, galleys, heads, or enclosed helm interiors where Vimar Eikon hardware is already installed, rather than exposed deck locations.
Key features
- 3-module interchangeable rocker format for Vimar Eikon assemblies
- One-part rocker control element for switch or push-button use
- IP40 protection for sheltered interior mounting areas
- Clamp mounting for compatible Eikon installations
- Thermoplastic plastic construction that is halogen-free with a matt surface
- Monitoring window or light outlet built into the button face
- Not the version used with a bus-system touch sensor connector
Variants
This product is offered in multiple color configurations within the same Eikon 3-module format.
Across the range, the change is the front color and surface treatment. The core format stays the same: each version is a 3-module interchangeable rocker button with clamp mounting, thermoplastic construction, and IP40 protection for interior use.
- VM20033.B: Color White. White front with a matt untreated surface and a RAL 9016 tone that works well in lighter Eikon interiors.
- VM20033.N: Color Silver. Silver front with a matt lacquered surface and a RAL 9022 tone for a more metallic look in the same footprint.
- VM20033: Color Grey. Grey front with a matt untreated surface and a RAL 7024 tone that pairs with darker Eikon layouts.
Compatibility and fit
This rocker is used as the control element or cover piece for compatible Vimar Eikon domestic switching devices. It should be matched to the correct Eikon mechanism and frame already in the panel, especially when you are replacing a worn button and need the same 3-module format and finish family to keep the installation consistent.
Materials and finish
The rocker is made from plastic with thermoplastic material quality and a matt surface finish. That makes it better suited to enclosed spaces where the switch face is protected from direct spray and frequent washdowns. For marine interiors, it fits best where appearance matters and the surrounding panel already uses Vimar Eikon components.
Use on board
This part makes sense for boat owners, refit shops, and electricians replacing an existing Eikon rocker in protected interior spaces. IP40 makes it a sheltered-location component, so it is better kept away from open cockpits, exterior bulkheads, and other positions that see salt spray or regular water exposure.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
