Overview
The Raymarine T215 is a Micronet wireless dual-line Maxi display for performance sailing, giving crews two large data readouts at mast height without running instrument cables down the mast or through the bulkhead. It uses a high-contrast LCD with 32 mm digits, so speed, depth, wind, timer, and other available system data can be read quickly from the rail, cockpit, or trimming position.
The display is solar powered with an internal lithium battery and can run for up to 300 hours on a full charge in daylight use. Night use is handled through selectable red or amber digit backlighting on a black background, which helps keep important sailing data visible while reducing disturbance to night vision.
Its sealed housing is submersible to 10 m, making it suitable for exposed mast and deck positions where spray, rain, and washdowns are part of normal use. The clip-in cradle layout also keeps installation simple and makes placement easier on race boats and performance cruisers where clean rigging and low wiring weight matter.
Key features
- Dual-line Maxi display shows two independent data values from compatible Raymarine wireless instrument systems.
- 32 mm high-contrast digits help crews read key numbers from working positions around the cockpit and deck.
- Wireless operation removes the need to route instrument cables through the mast or bulkhead.
- Solar-powered internal lithium battery supports up to 300 hours of operation on a full charge in daylight use.
- Selectable red or amber night backlighting with three levels helps match visibility to conditions and crew preference.
- Submersible to 10 m for exposed marine mounting locations.
- Race-focused functions include Start Line, Line Bias, Wind Shift, Timer, acceleration, speed trend, Set, Drift, Turn, and Course to Steer functions.
- Compatible with the Raymarine Wireless Remote Display for setup and control from another position on board.
Installation and setup
The T215 is built for boats where mast wiring is difficult, undesirable, or already crowded. Because it receives data wirelessly, installation is centered on mounting the display where the crew can see it clearly, then linking it into the existing Raymarine wireless instrument system.
The clip-in cradle format allows the display to sit in a practical viewing position without cutting large openings for wiring. On racing yachts, that can help keep the mast cleaner and avoid extra cable weight aloft. On performance cruisers, it can make a refit or instrument upgrade less intrusive.
Visibility and use on board
This display makes the most sense for sailors who need large, glanceable numbers while steering, trimming, calling tactics, or working from the rail. The two-line layout is useful when the crew wants to keep related data together, such as speed and wind, depth and boat speed, or timer and start-line information during pre-start maneuvers.
Daytime readability comes from the contrast of the LCD and the large digit format. At night, the black background and selectable red or amber backlighting help keep the display readable without flooding the cockpit with light.
Compatibility and system integration
The T215 works as part of a Raymarine Micronet wireless instrument setup and displays data available from the connected transmitters or transducers in that system. It is not a standalone depth, wind, or speed sensor by itself, so the vessel must have the appropriate wireless instrument sources for the data pages the crew wants to use.
For boats already using Raymarine wireless sailing instruments, it adds a larger mast-style readout without changing the basic cabling layout. The optional wireless remote control support is useful when the display is mounted out of easy reach but still needs page changes or configuration during sailing.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
