Overview

The Garmin 010-13129-00 is a protective cover for Garmin STRIKER Plus and STRIKER Vivid 4-inch fishfinder head units, made to keep the screen and keypad covered when the unit is not in use.

It fits the STRIKER Plus 4, STRIKER Plus 4cv, and STRIKER Vivid 4cv. Once it is on, the display face is shielded from dockside scuffs, trailering grit, and the kind of spray that builds up when your electronics stay mounted on an open helm.

This cover is sized for the STRIKER Plus/Vivid 4-inch family listed above. If your unit is labeled STRIKER 4 without Plus or Vivid, confirm cover sizing before ordering.

Installation and day-to-day use

Put the cover on after shutting the unit down and wiping the screen dry. It is useful on center consoles, skiffs, kayaks, and small boats where the fishfinder is exposed between runs or left in place during storage.

Maintenance and care

If the cover gets hit with salt spray or fish slime, rinse it with fresh water and let it dry before stowing it in a closed compartment.
