Overview
The Garmin GPSMAP 9000 Series flush mount kit is a cut-in mounting accessory for installing compatible GPSMAP chartplotters into a helm, dash, console, or other flat surface on a boat. It helps the display sit cleanly in the panel rather than standing proud on a bracket, which is useful when space at the helm is limited or when a lower-profile electronics layout is preferred.
This kit is offered for GPSMAP 9x10, 9x13, and 9x17 chartplotters, with separate configurations for 10", 13", and 17" display sizes. It is made for fixed installations where the mounting location can support the chartplotter, allow cable routing behind the panel, and keep the screen positioned for clear viewing while underway.
Key features
- Flush-mount installation kit for compatible Garmin GPSMAP 9000 Series chartplotters.
- Supports cut-in mounting against most flat surfaces on a boat, including helm panels and dash consoles.
- Available in 10", 13", and 17" configurations to match GPSMAP 9x10, 9x13, and 9x17 display sizes.
- Helps create a lower-profile electronics layout while keeping the chartplotter secured in a permanent mounting position.
- Suited for installations where rear cable access, panel strength, and protection from excessive vibration are considered during mounting.
Variants
This Garmin flush mount kit is offered in multiple size configurations for different GPSMAP 9000 Series chartplotters.
The size is the key difference between the variants. Each configuration matches a specific GPSMAP display size, so the kit should be selected to match the chartplotter being installed.
- 010-13903-00: Size 10". This configuration fits GPSMAP 9x10 chartplotters and is used when the installed display size is 10".
- 010-13903-01: Size 13". This configuration fits GPSMAP 9x13 chartplotters and is used when the installed display size is 13".
- 010-13903-02: Size 17". This configuration fits GPSMAP 9x17 chartplotters and is used when the installed display size is 17".
Installation and setup
Flush mounting requires a suitable panel cutout, enough space behind the surface for the chartplotter body and cables, and a location that gives the operator a practical viewing angle. Before cutting, the installer should confirm that the chosen surface can support the chartplotter and that the area behind the panel is clear of wiring, structural members, plumbing, or other equipment.
This type of mount is a good match for refits, new helm builds, and electronics upgrades where the goal is to integrate the GPSMAP display into the console. It works especially well on center consoles, pilothouse helms, sportfishing boats, and cruising vessels where a clean dash layout matters but the display still needs to be easy to reach and read while underway.
Compatibility and fit
Fit depends on matching the kit size to the GPSMAP chartplotter size. A 10" kit is not interchangeable with a 13" or 17" display, so the display model and screen size should be checked before installation. The mounting location should also leave room for cable connections and service access behind the panel.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
