Overview

The Lumishore 010-04488-00 is a 2-zone ECLIPSE expansion module that adds two extra lighting zones to a compatible ECLIPSE Command Center on 12V DC systems.

It is meant for boats where the lighting plan has outgrown the original zone count, letting you split circuits so different areas can be controlled independently. The housing is IP67 rated and compact at 116 x 84 x 39 mm (4.55 x 3.32 x 1.53 in), measured without the cable glands.

Input is 12V DC only (10 to 15V range). Each added zone supports up to 10A, with up to 20A total across both zones, so it is easier to keep groups of lights organized without overloading a single output.

Key features
  • Adds 2 extra lighting zones to a compatible ECLIPSE Command Center for separate control by area or circuit
  • 12V DC only input (10 to 15V operating range)
  • Up to 10A per zone and up to 20A total across both zones
  • IP67-rated enclosure for mounting in damp marine spaces
  • Compact size of 116 x 84 x 39 mm (4.55 x 3.32 x 1.53 in), measured without cable glands
  • Supports switch input control and Wi-Fi control as part of the ECLIPSE system, including control from a smart device or compatible MFD
  • ISO 8846 ignition protection, plus low-voltage and reverse-polarity protection
Compatibility and fit

This module is used with an ECLIPSE Command Center to expand the number of available lighting zones. With the Command Center, it creates a 5-zone setup, and multi-module installations can be configured for up to 6 zones depending on the overall system layout.

It is compatible with ECLIPSE above-water and underwater lights. For zone planning, keep the total draw on each zone at or below 10A, and account for the combined 20A maximum across the two added zones.

Installation and setup

Mount the module in a location that stays accessible for wiring checks and service, such as behind the helm, inside a dry locker, or in an electrical space away from direct spray. The IP67 rating helps when the environment is damp, but good mounting practice still matters on boats with vibration and washdowns.

Once connected into the ECLIPSE system, the zones are set up from the Command Center so each output matches the light type and behavior. Status indication on the module helps confirm link and fuse condition during commissioning and troubleshooting.

Electrical and system integration

Plan the wiring like any other DC load: use appropriate conductor sizing for the run length and current, keep voltage drop in check, and protect the feed with proper circuit protection at the distribution point. Group lights by zone based on how you actually use them on board, not just where they physically sit.

This is a good match for boats that already run an ECLIPSE Command Center and are adding more light groups over time, such as expanding deck lighting, adding transom lighting, or separating port and starboard circuits for cleaner control.

Materials and corrosion resistance

The enclosure is a weatherproof ABS construction that is flame retardant and halogen free. Use sound mounting hardware and keep cable entries strain relieved so the installation stays tidy through vibration and seasonal service.

These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.

To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.

We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
