Overview
The Jabsco AC 100 CFM 3" blower is a 115 Vac ventilation blower for moving air through 3" ducting in marine cabin spaces, lockers, heads, galleys, and diesel engine room ventilation layouts. It moves 100 ft3/min, equal to 2.8 m3/min, and uses a continuous-duty motor with thermal overload protection.
This range is for AC-powered boat ventilation where 115 Vac service is preferred over a DC blower. The reinforced plastic housing, corrosion-resistant materials, and slip-on duct connection make it practical for dry, protected onboard spaces where vibration, salt air, and restricted access matter during installation.
This blower is not ignition protected and must not be used to exhaust gasoline fumes or mounted where flammable vapors may be present.
Key features
- 100 CFM air flow for cabin odor extraction, locker ventilation, general air circulation, and diesel engine room ventilation.
- 115 Vac motor suits boats with AC service available for ventilation equipment.
- 3" ducting connection works with common marine ventilation hose and short duct runs.
- Continuous-duty motor includes thermal overload protection for longer ventilation cycles.
- Reinforced plastic housing and corrosion-resistant materials help the blower handle protected marine spaces.
- Low current draw with an optional 0.75 Amp AGC fuse noted for circuit protection.
- Slip-on inlet ducting connection keeps hose installation straightforward in tight compartments.
Variants
The product is offered in two mounting configurations for different bulkhead and duct routing layouts.
Both variants share the same 115 Vac rating, 100 CFM air flow, 3" ducting size, reinforced plastic housing, continuous-duty motor, thermal overload protection, and 5 lb weight. The main difference is how the blower mounts and how the outlet can be positioned.
- 34744-0000, Flangemount. This version uses a flange-style mounting arrangement for installation on a flat bulkhead surface where the discharge port can pass through or align directly with the vent path.
- 34754-0000, Flexmount. This version uses a universal flexmount bracket that lets the outlet face any direction, which helps when duct routing needs to work around bulkheads, equipment, or limited service space.
Installation and fit
Install the blower on a flat bulkhead surface in a dry, protected location. Keep it away from spray, deck wash, and heat above 130°F, since excess heat can distort the blower wheel or housing.
Use the shortest practical duct route and limit bends in the 3" ducting to reduce airflow loss. A suitable discharge fitting should be used so wind direction at the vent does not affect blower static pressure.
Electrical and safety notes
Wiring should be completed by a qualified electrician and should follow USCG requirements. A minimum 16 gauge THW wire is specified for runs up to 50 feet from the power source, with the optional 0.75 Amp AGC fuse placed near the power source.
A switch with a minimum 5 Amp rating may be used in the ungrounded conductor for blower control. The neutral conductor connects directly to the blower motor, and the ground wire should be tied into the vessel common ground.
Use cases on board
This blower fits boats that need AC-powered ventilation for odor removal in heads, galleys, lockers, and other enclosed cabin spaces. It can also support engine room ventilation on diesel-powered vessels where a non-ignition-protected AC blower is appropriate for the installation area.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
