Overview
The Perko 0111 is a navigation light range with white stern light and yellow towing light configurations for boats that need a 135 degree aft-facing light with 2 nautical mile visibility.
This series is offered with black or white polymer housings and supports 12V or 24V bulb setups, with the bulb selected separately. The fixture measures 5-1/4 inches overall height with a 4-1/4 inch lens height, so it suits vessels where a compact stern or towing light needs to fit cleanly on the transom, stern rail area, or other approved aft mounting position.
The white stern light versions suit standard stern navigation light use, while the yellow towing light versions are for towing light applications where a yellow aft light is required. Installation should follow the vessel’s navigation light layout and applicable visibility arc requirements.
Key features
- Available as a white stern light or yellow towing light to match the required aft lighting function.
- 2 nautical mile visibility rating for compliant nighttime and low-light vessel operation.
- 135 degree visibility arc for aft-facing navigation light placement.
- Black or white polymer housing options for matching the boat’s hardware, deck trim, or transom finish.
- Works with 12V or 24V bulb configurations, with bulb selection handled separately.
- #10 screw size and 5-1/4 inch overall height help confirm mounting fit before installation.
Variants
This product is offered in four configurations that combine housing color with the required light function.
The housing color varies between black and white, and the light function varies between white stern light and yellow towing light. The 135 degree arc, 2 nautical mile visibility rating, #10 screw size, and 5-1/4 inch overall height remain consistent across the range.
- 0111000BLK: Black housing with white stern light. This version fits installations where the fixture needs to blend with black deck hardware or a darker mounting surface while serving as the vessel’s aft white stern light.
- 0111M00BLK: Black housing with yellow towing light. This version keeps the same black housing appearance and uses a yellow lens for towing light applications.
- 0111000WHT: White housing with white stern light. This version pairs a white housing with a white stern light for installations on white fiberglass, light-colored transoms, or matching deck hardware.
- 0111M00WHT: White housing with yellow towing light. This version uses the white housing with a yellow towing light function for vessels that need a lighter fixture finish in a towing light setup.
Installation and fit
Plan the mounting location so the lens has a clear aft-facing view and is not blocked by rails, canvas, tenders, antennas, or fishing gear. The 135 degree arc needs to remain unobstructed after installation, not just when the boat is sitting still at the dock.
Because the bulb is not included, match the bulb to the vessel’s electrical system and the intended 12V or 24V setup. Check the existing wiring, switch circuit, and breaker or fuse arrangement before replacing an older stern or towing light.
Use on board
This range is a practical match for owners replacing an older aft navigation light or setting up a vessel that needs separate stern and towing light options in a consistent housing style. The black and white housing choices also make it easier to keep the installation visually tidy on different hull and deck finishes.
