The Vimar Idea 16527 Mounting Frame is a 2-module holder for mounting an Ocean (EnOcean), Bluetooth, or ZigBee radio control behind a Vimar Idea cover plate. The module insert mounts from the back side of the frame, and the layout supports both horizontal and vertical mounting.
It fixes in place with screws and uses a thermoplastic plastic body with an untreated surface. There is no built-in installation box and no fixing screws supplied, and it is not intended for 60 mm round junction boxes.

Installation and setup
Plan the mounting location the same way you would for a Vimar Idea modular station. Provide a suitable mounting surface and fixing points for screw mounting, then fit the radio control/module insert from the back side of the frame before installing the matching 2-module cover plate.
On boats, place it where it will stay protected from direct spray and routine washdowns. If the location is exposed, use an appropriate enclosure strategy for the overall station since the frame itself is a mounting component rather than a sealed housing.

This is a Vimar Idea 2-module mounting frame intended for Ocean (EnOcean), Bluetooth, and ZigBee radio control installations that complete with the correct Idea 2-module cover plate style. Match the variant to the plate family used at your station (Classica or Rondo) and to the finish you want visible on the panel.
It is not intended for 60 mm round junction boxes. Confirm your boat is using Vimar Idea modular back boxes or an equivalent mounting arrangement before ordering.
