Overview
The Lumishore 010-04464-00 is a 40 inch curved above-water LED light bar that outputs 31,680 fixture lumens of 5000 K white light on 10.5 to 31 V DC power. It throws a 9 degree by 45 degree letterbox beam and carries an IP68 water-ingress rating for exposed mounting in wet, spray-heavy areas.
With a powder-coated aluminum body, Makrolon lens, and stainless steel fixing brackets, it suits hardtops, T-tops, arches, and forward-facing mounting points where you want long throw without lighting up the whole foredeck. The light face measures 107.0 x 7.2 x 13.2 cm (42.1 x 2.8 x 5.2 in), weighs 5.6 kg (12.3 lb), and comes with a 50 cm (19.7 in) lead for routing into a protected connection point.
Key features
- 31,680 fixture lumens of white light at 5000 K for working visibility and realistic color on deck.
- Runs on 10.5 to 31 V DC for 12 V and 24 V systems; max current draw is 25.7 A at 12 V or 12.8 A at 24 V.
- 9 degree vertical by 45 degree horizontal letterbox beam pattern for forward reach without excessive spill.
- IP68-rated housing for weather exposure and washdowns in saltwater environments.
- Powder-coated aluminum body with Makrolon lens and stainless steel fixing brackets for secure mounting.
- Internal driver with soft-start electronics protection, reverse polarity protection, and automatic thermal roll-back.
- 50 cm (19.7 in) light lead and bonding not required, simplifying installation planning and grounding strategy.

Installation and setup
Plan the mounting position so the beam does not reflect off the bow into the helm at your typical running trim. The bracket slots allow aiming adjustment after install, and it helps to leave the bracket mounting bolts slightly loose until the light is set at the final angle.
Mounting hardware is sized around M6 fasteners, with a 6.5 mm final drill diameter for the mounting bolts. For cable routing, allow a clean entry point and seal it properly, keeping the cable in a fixed position so it cannot rotate or chafe over time.
Electrical and system integration
This light operates on 10 to 31 V DC with an internal driver, which fits common 12 V and 24 V onboard systems. Provide a dedicated fuse for the circuit and size it to suit the maximum current draw and your wiring run.
Wiring can be kept simple for basic switching, or integrated into compatible lighting control systems that use an additional data connection. If you are tying it into a control network, confirm the control hardware matches your boat voltage and your helm layout before routing cables.
Compatibility and fit
Before ordering, confirm you have enough straight mounting surface for the bracket footprint and enough structure to support a 5.6 kg (12.3 lb) fixture in a high-vibration, high-wind area. The 50 cm (19.7 in) lead is intentionally short, so most installs will plan a protected junction point inside a hardtop, console, or electronics box.
Use cases on board
This style of forward-facing light bar is a strong fit for docking and maneuvering at night, picking up channel markers, and lighting up a foredeck or work area without carrying a handheld spotlight. It suits boats that need long throw lighting from an elevated position, including center consoles, sportfishing layouts, and patrol or workboat setups.
Maintenance and care
Rinse the light and brackets with fresh water after salt exposure and periodically check fasteners for tightness. Keep the lens clean so the beam stays consistent, and inspect cable seals and glands during routine washdowns or seasonal service.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
