Overview
The Lumishore 010-04448-00 is a LUX speaker light driver that links compatible RGB and CRGBW LED marine speakers into the Lumishore LUX lighting system so speaker lighting can follow scenes and music-reactive modes. It runs on 10.5-31 V DC for 12V/24V boats and draws up to 5.6A at 12V or 2.8A at 24V. One driver controls up to 16 speakers, with up to 5 m (16.8 ft) from the driver to the first speaker.
Audio connects through an EOS-LUX Command Center mini-jack so the driver can analyze the music signal in three frequency bands and trigger different colors per band. Control can be handled by a momentary switch, or expanded into a Lumi-Link setup with an optional display and compatible MFD integration. The enclosure is IP68-rated and built from powder-coated aluminum in a compact 113 x 79 x 27 mm body (not including cable glands or cables).

Compatibility and system integration
This unit is a lighting driver for the LEDs built into CRGBW or RGB marine speakers. It does not amplify audio, so your head unit and amplifiers still handle sound output and tuning.
When installed as part of a LUX system, speaker lighting can be coordinated with other LUX and EOS lights for consistent color scenes across the cockpit, transom, and cabin areas.
Installation and setup
Mount the driver where you can reach the wiring and keep it above areas that can hold standing water. Plan the power feed from the DC distribution so conductor sizing and circuit protection account for the maximum current draw on your system voltage.
Keep the first speaker within 5 m (16.8 ft) of the driver, then route harnesses to the remaining speakers as your layout allows. Tighten cable glands and use drip loops so water does not track along wiring into the enclosure.
Use on board
This setup suits boats that want speaker lighting to match cockpit and accent lighting during dockside evenings, raft-ups, and night cruising, while still keeping control simple at the switch. It also makes sense when you want one control point to manage multiple speaker locations, up to 16 speakers on a single driver.
Maintenance and care
Re-check wiring strain relief and cable gland tightness after the first few outings and any time you service the audio system. If lighting output changes under heavy use, inspect airflow around the driver, supply voltage at the unit, and connection quality before chasing settings.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
