Overview
The Lumishore 010-04410-00 is a 300 mm LUX SNL180 neon flex strip light section that lays down a continuous line of light, with full-spectrum RGB and tunable white from 2700K to 6500K.
It uses a fully encapsulated, spot-free diffuser and carries an IP67 rating for wet areas on board, while remaining intended for above-water installations (not for permanent submersion). The strip is 14.5 mm x 21 mm in cross section and can be side-bent to a 120 mm minimum radius, which helps when following curves under gunwales, along headliners, or under a hardtop.
This strip works as part of the Lumishore LUX Strip Light Driver system, rather than being wired straight to the boat's feed. At the strip, it is rated 5 W per meter and runs on 23 to 25 V DC from the driver output.
Key features
- 300 mm illuminated length (allow about 15 mm at each end for the end caps when planning the run)
- Full-spectrum RGB plus tunable white, with warm white and cold white channels (2700K to 6500K)
- 180 LEDs per meter behind a spot-free diffuser for a continuous look without visible dots
- IP67, fully encapsulated construction for wet areas, with above-water use only
- 14.5 mm x 21 mm profile with a 120 mm minimum bend radius (side-bend only)
- Uses the Lumishore LUX Strip Light Driver system; driver options cover voltage-stabilized 10.5 to 31 V DC supply or non-stabilized 23 to 25 V DC supply
- Control options include a customer-supplied momentary switch or an EOS-LUX Command Center
- UV resistant and salt spray tested, with a 3-year warranty
What's included
- Neon flex strip light section, 300 mm (factory sealed)
- Stainless steel mounting clips
Installation and setup
Mounting is done with the supplied stainless steel clips. Screw the clips down with suitable fasteners for your surface, align the strip with the clips, then press it in until it clicks into place. Use extra clips around tighter bends so the strip stays seated and does not lift over time.
The strip is delivered in premade lengths that are factory sealed to meet IP67 standards, so it should not be cut. Handle it like a flexible extrusion, not a loose rope: do not twist it, and do not bend it in the vertical axis.
Electrical and system integration
Plan on using the correct Lumishore LUX Strip Light Driver module for power and dimming. The strip is not meant to be connected to third-party drivers or lighting control products, and the boat's power source should be isolated before you start wiring.
For many installs, it makes sense to run your control and driver in a dry service space, then route the strip into the lit area with a clean cable path and strain relief. If you are lighting multiple zones, the driver system supports multiple strips up to 10 m total (driver dependent).
Compatibility and fit
This is a good match when you want a smooth line of accent lighting in places where dotted LED tape looks distracting, such as under gunwales, along cabin headliners, inside toe-kicks, or under T-tops. It also works well for refits where you need a consistent, finished look in visible areas.
For fit checks, confirm you have room for the 14.5 mm x 21 mm cross section and that your routing can respect the 120 mm minimum side-bend radius. For locations exposed to sun, it is still worth choosing a mounting position that avoids strong direct sunlight for long periods.
Maintenance and care
Rinse with fresh water after salt exposure and check the clips periodically in high-vibration areas. If the strip ever comes loose at a bend, add a clip nearby rather than forcing a tighter curve.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
