Overview
The Lumishore 010-04371-00 is a 1 m (39.4 in) LUX SL180 LED strip light with IP68 sealing, 180 LEDs per meter, and a 5-channel CRGBW output that shifts from full color to tunable white light from 2700K to 6500K.
The strip is fully encapsulated and potted for wet locations, with a low-profile 14.5 mm x 5 mm cross section that tucks into toe-kicks, under-gunwale lips, locker edges, and other tight runs. It is UV resistant, salt-spray tested, and intended for above-water installations in indoor or partially covered outdoor areas.
Power and control run through a LUX Strip Light Driver, with plug-and-play electrical connections. A voltage-stabilized driver accepts 10.5 to 31 V DC, which covers typical 12 V and 24 V onboard systems.
Key features
- 1 m (39.4 in) strip length with a 14.5 mm x 5 mm cross section for clean, hidden installs
- IP68-rated, fully encapsulated and potted construction for wet areas above the waterline
- 180 LEDs per meter for smooth light output along the full length
- CRGBW 5-channel lighting: red, green, blue, warm white, and cool white in one strip
- Tunable white range from 2700K to 6500K for warm cabin light through crisp task lighting
- Mounts with adhesive backing and a screw-clip installation option when you want a mechanical hold
- UV resistant and salt-spray tested for real cockpit, cabin, and locker environments
- Runs on a LUX Strip Light Driver; a single driver supports multiple strips up to 10 m (32.8 ft) total
- Control options include a customer-supplied momentary switch or an EOS-LUX Command Center
Installation and setup
Plan the run first so the strip can sit flat and stay supported along its length. Clean and dry the mounting surface before applying the adhesive backing, and use the screw-clip method where heat, vibration, or surface texture makes adhesive-only mounting a compromise.
Keep the driver in a dry, serviceable spot, then route the strip cable away from sharp edges and moving gear. This strip is meant for above-water applications only, so avoid locations that can become submerged.
Electrical and control
This strip is part of a driver-based system, so confirm you have the correct LUX Strip Light Driver and the control method you plan to use before final mounting. A voltage-stabilized driver input range of 10.5 to 31 V DC supports common 12 V and 24 V DC boats, which helps when battery voltage varies under load.
If you are lighting multiple zones, account for the total strip length on the driver. A single driver supports multiple SL180 strips up to 10 m (32.8 ft) combined, which helps keep long runs tidy while staying within the system limits.
Use cases on board
This strip is a good match when you want one run of lighting that can do soft warm-white cabin ambience and color accents for steps, toe-kicks, under-gunwale lighting, or locker illumination. It also suits installs where you need IP68 sealing and a slim profile, but you still want the control flexibility that comes with a driver-based system.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
