The Stainless Steel STERN EYE 3/8"X3-1/2" (3-080135-1) Sea Dog Marine is designed as a tie-down point on the stern of your boat. It can withstand the extra load placed on the transom. It has 1/2" stock features. These are referred to as "UNC" and only refer to the thread count. It comes with adjustable finish nuts, which outperform crimp ring-style eyes. It can resist corrosion and rust. It is machined 304 stainless steel.

Machined 304 Stainless Steel

These Stern Eyes are for use as a tie-down point on your boat’s stern. Robust backing plates for added rigidity in water ski tow applications. 3/8" and 7/16" shafts have rolled threads. 1/2" stock has cut threads. Constructed of corrosion resistant machined 304 stainless steel. Includes adjustable finish nuts, which provide superior performance over crimp ring style stern eyes.
