Overview
The JL Audio 010-03364-00 is a JL Audio MMR-25W wireless remote controller that gives you handheld control of a compatible MediaMaster source unit over Bluetooth, with an operating range up to 35 ft (11 m).
It carries an IP68 ingress protection rating and runs on a replaceable CR2032 (3V) coin cell, so it does not need to be tied into the boat’s 12V or 24V system. Operating temperature range is listed as -4°F to +140°F (-20°C to +60°C).
It’s a practical add-on when the head unit is tucked in the console or cabin and you still want quick access to volume, source, track, and zone control from the cockpit, bow seating, or transom.
Key features
- Wireless control for JL Audio MediaMaster MM55, MM55-HR, MM105, and MM105-HR source units
- Bluetooth control link with range up to 35 ft (11 m) (range varies with battery level and installation environment)
- IP68-rated housing for wet marine areas; do not submerge or expose to high-pressure water spray
- Powered by a replaceable CR2032 (3V) coin/button cell battery
- Zone control with four zone LEDs, plus a zone lock function for keeping volume adjustments on the selected zone
- Up to eight remotes can be paired to a single source unit, within the unit’s total Bluetooth device capacity
Installation and setup
The included cradle mounts to a flat surface with two screws, making it easy to stage the remote near the helm, at the cockpit entry, or by the aft seating. Choose a spot that’s easy to reach underway and avoid areas of extreme heat.
Pairing is handled from the source unit’s Remote Control pairing menu. Once pairing mode is active on the source unit, press and hold the remote’s Play/Pause button for about 5 seconds until the zone LEDs flash, then exit pairing mode from the source unit.
Compatibility and control notes
Control behavior depends on the connected MediaMaster model and the active source. The remote covers common day-to-day functions such as power, source changes, play/pause or mute, volume up/down, track or favorite selection, and zone selection.
Use cases on board
This remote is a good fit for boats where the main stereo is out of arm’s reach or where you regularly move between zones while underway. It’s also useful on larger vessels where you may want more than one remote available in different areas.
Maintenance and care
Rinse off salt spray with fresh water and let it dry after heavy exposure. Keep the battery compartment fully secured, and replace the CR2032 battery when range starts to drop or response becomes inconsistent.

Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
