Overview
The Lumishore 010-04528-00 is an interchangeable thru-hull underwater LED light that switches between blue and white, with 20,000 fixture lumens in white output and a 110 degree beam angle. This is the TIX1604 SUPRA dual-color configuration with a built-in multi-channel driver.
It runs on 24 V DC power with a 20 to 31 V input range, draws up to 6.5 A at 24 V, and carries an IP68 water-ingress rating for continuous submersion. The body is marine bronze with a borosilicate glass lens, and the 140 mm face sits low to the hull with an 11 mm housing profile.
This is a good match for boats that want a thru-hull underwater light you can service from inside the hull, whether you are lighting a transom for dockside work, running at night, or adding underwater glow at anchor.
Key features
- Dual-color blue/white output with scene modes such as strobe and fade when used with the i-Connect hub and switch
- 20,000 fixture lumens (white) and a 110 degree beam angle for wide illumination behind the boat
- 24 V DC operation: 20 to 31 V input range, max draw 6.5 A at 24 V (10 A fuse on 24 V circuits)
- IP68 rating for underwater installation
- Marine bronze housing with a borosilicate glass lens
- 140 mm light face diameter with an 11 mm housing profile
- Requires a 92 mm (3-5/8 in) hull cut-out; 184 mm shaft length
- 3 m (9.8 ft) pre-installed plug-and-play cable with connector
What's included
- One TIX1604 thru-hull underwater light with built-in driver
Compatibility and fit
Plan on a flat mounting area on the transom, side, or bottom, with clear access inside the hull for the locking hardware and cable routing. The shaft calls for a 92 mm (3-5/8 in) hole, and the 140 mm face covers the cut-out once the light is bedded and tightened.
A bonding connection is provided and bonding is required for galvanic protection in typical installations. For metal hulls or carbon-fiber structures, use an isolation sleeve option and follow the bonding guidance for that installation.
Installation and setup
These lights are typically placed 150 to 250 mm (6 to 10 in) below the minimum loaded waterline and spaced 0.8 to 2 m (2.5 to 6.5 ft) apart, depending on hull shape and the effect you want. The mounting surface should be even inside and out so the flange beds cleanly.
Bed the thru-hull with a continuous bead of marine sealant, tighten the retaining bolts by hand at first, then final-tighten after cure without exceeding 3 Nm per bolt. Avoid locations near exhaust outlets or other hot components, and do not install or remove the light with the boat in the water.
Electrical and system integration
The built-in driver is intended for 24 V DC power. Protect the circuit with the correct fuse or breaker (10 A on 24 V systems) and keep the power feed as short as practical to limit voltage drop.
The light connects using a 3 m pre-terminated cable and is normally run through an i-Connect hub and switch. With a bridge module, control can be brought onto a compatible multifunction display and a Wi-Fi device on the network.
Make all splices and power connections waterproof, and cap any unused hub ports so spray and bilge humidity stay out of the connectors.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
