Overview
The Lumishore 010-04527-00 is a SUPRA TIX804 interchangeable thru-hull underwater LED light that outputs 13,500 fixture lumens in white with a 110° beam angle. It’s a dual-color system (blue and white) with onboard modes like fade and strobe, and it’s built so the LED array and driver are serviceable from inside the hull.
Power is 10.5 to 31 V DC for 12V and 24V systems, with a maximum current draw of 8.8A at 12V or 4.4A at 24V. The housing is IP68-rated, uses a marine bronze body with a borosilicate glass lens, and the face measures 120mm with a low-profile 8.5mm housing height.
Key features
- Dual-color output (blue and white) with brightness adjustment plus fade and strobe modes, including synchronized effects.
- 13,500 fixture lumens (white) with a 110° beam angle for broad coverage.
- Runs on 12/24 V DC (10.5 to 31 V DC) with max draw of 8.8A at 12V or 4.4A at 24V.
- IP68 sealing for continuous submersion, with a marine bronze body and borosilicate glass lens.
- Installation dimensions: 120mm face diameter, 184mm shaft length, and an 86mm (3-3/8 in) hull cut-out.
- 3m (9.8 ft) light cable with plug-and-play connections for clean routing to the control system.
- Internal multi-channel driver with protections including surge (3,000V), reverse polarity, and soft-start, plus automatic thermal roll-back.
- Bonding connection is provided on the light, and isolation sleeves are available for metal hull installations.
What’s included
- One SUPRA TIX804 thru-hull light with built-in driver.
Installation and setup
This is a true thru-hull fitting, so plan the location like any other underwater penetration: confirm inside clearance for the 184mm shaft, keep the cable run protected from chafe, and make sure you can access the retaining hardware for service. A standard 86mm (3-3/8 in) hole cut-out is used for the shaft.
Typical placement is 150 to 250mm (6 to 10 in) below the minimum loaded waterline, and spacing between lights is commonly 0.8 to 2m (2.5 to 6.5 ft) for an even glow. Installation and removal should be done with the vessel out of the water.
Compatibility and hull considerations
The light can be installed in GRP (fiberglass) and wooden hulls. For metal hulls or carbon fiber, use hull isolation sleeves so the body is isolated appropriately, and always follow bonding practices since a bonding connection is provided on the light.
Electrical and control integration
This light is controlled through the SUPRA i-Connect Hub and Switch, and it can also be controlled from a compatible MFD when paired with the SUPRA Bridge Module. System protection matters at this power level, so it should be installed on a properly sized, fused or breaker-protected circuit, with wiring and terminations that are suitable for the wet, high-vibration environment around the stern.
Use cases on board
Through-hull underwater lights like this are commonly installed on the transom, hull sides, or bottom to light up the water around the boat for nighttime docking, swimming, and attracting baitfish on fishing boats. It’s a good match for owners who want blue and white lighting options and want a system that supports synchronized effects across multiple lights.
Maintenance and care
Keep the lens free of growth for best output, especially in warm water or when the boat sits for long periods. During routine haul-outs, inspect the sealing surfaces, check fasteners, and verify the bonding connection remains secure. Avoid mounting where the unit could be exposed to sustained high heat (over 65°C / 150°F) from nearby exhaust or machinery.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
