Overview

The Lumishore 010-04516-00 is a SUPRA THX404 thru-hull underwater LED light with an external driver, giving you blue and white output on 10.5 to 31 V DC systems.

In white mode it produces up to 8,150 fixture lumens with a 110 degree beam, and the assembly is IP68-rated for permanent underwater mounting. From the outside you get a flush face that measures 86 mm (3.39 in) across with an 11 mm (0.43 in) profile.

The driver handles color switching plus dimming, fade and strobe modes. The light lead is a 3 m (9.8 ft) pre-terminated cable, so it helps to plan the driver location and cable route before drilling.

Key features
  • Dual-color output (blue and white) with brightness control plus fade and strobe modes
  • 8,150 fixture lumens (white) and a 110 degree beam for a broad spread of light
  • Supply voltage range: 10.5 to 31 V DC; max current draw 6.4 A at 12 V or 3.2 A at 24 V
  • IP68 water-ingress rating for below-the-waterline installation
  • Thru-hull format with a 140 mm (5.51 in) shaft length and a 27 mm (1-1/16 in) shaft cut-out
  • Marine bronze body with a borosilicate glass lens
  • 3 m (9.8 ft) pre-terminated light cable; driver has a 1 m (3 ft) power lead
  • Driver protections include surge protection, reverse polarity protection and automatic thermal roll-back
What's included
  • SUPRA THX404 thru-hull light module
  • External driver module
Installation and setup

This is a thru-hull install, so you will want solid access on both sides of the mounting area for drilling, sealing, and tightening the hardware. The light is intended for a flat mounting surface on the transom or side hull, and it is typically placed 150 to 250 mm (6 to 10 in) below the minimum load waterline.

The face sits nearly flush outside the hull, while the body and cabling land inside. Allow room for the 140 mm shaft, the connector, and a clean cable bend so the lead is not pulled tight when the boat flexes or slams in a chop.

Electrical and control

Power is straightforward DC through a proper fuse or breaker. A 10 A fuse is specified for 12 V installations, and a 5 A fuse is specified for 24 V installations. Mount the driver in a dry, well-ventilated location inside the boat and keep power runs as short as practical to avoid voltage drop.

For control, the light ties into a SUPRA i-Connect Hub and Switch, and it can also be controlled from a compatible MFD when a SUPRA Bridge module is added. That helm control is what enables the mode changes, dimming, fade, and strobe functions without adding separate switches at the transom.

Compatibility and fit

The 10.5 to 31 V DC input range covers common 12 V and 24 V battery systems, which makes it suitable for a wide range of center consoles, sportfishers, express boats, and cruisers. If you are working with a metal or carbon hull, plan on isolating the thru-hull body per standard practice for underwater fittings.

This light is a good match for owners who want a thru-hull style install with two usable colors and the option to run lighting scenes from the helm, while keeping the external profile low on the transom.

Maintenance and care

Like any underwater light, output drops when the lens gets a film of growth. A quick wipe during routine hull cleaning keeps the beam looking even. Avoid abrasive pads that can scratch the glass and make growth stick faster.

We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.

To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.

We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
